Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I got into a car accident and my insurance put me into a rental with Enterprise while my car was in for repairs. In my first visit with Prasanna about 2 weeks ago, he was great and was very patient when my card wouldn't read, I really appreciate that he worked his way around it to get the ball rolling. Today I returned my rental and Phil handled the closing procedures in such a kind and professional manner. He gave me top notch customer service that was truly genuine, and he treated me in a way that made me feel like I was the only customer in the office (which I was but the phones kept ringing off the hook). Rich was the person who assessed the vehicle upon return, and he was also very professional and friendly. Overall I'm very happy with this location and I plan on returning to rent a vehicle for my next road trip! They really care about the customers feedback and it seems very important to them to keep their customers happy! Thanks a lot guys, the 2016 Audi A3 Quattro was a great ride, and to top it off, you guys are amazing!

My experience is very good with this location. They are very attentive and patient with their customers. They called back the next day to find out if everything was up to my liking with the car. Will use them again in the future!

Best rental experience I've ever had, Clive, Rich and Meran dealt with me with the utmost level of professionalism, they worked with me in every way possible and anytime I left the office I was 100% satisfied with my customer service experience.

The worst thing about enterprise is that they take the deposit right away, but to get it back they have to mail you a check and then you still need to wait for it to clear. If you take it right away, you should be able to give it back right away too!

Dealt with "KYLE" who considers himself the manager. Worst customer service ever. I have been a long term repeat customer, but when the magnetic stripe on my credit card wouldn't pick up on his defective POS machine he made up "policies" on the fly and refused my two week rental booked weeks in advance, claiming he had no way to use the "chip" and "pin" method of preauthorizing a visa. What company in 2017 doesn't have a CHIP READER on their POS machine??????? Declared this was a new policy, but could not produce any literature or direct me in any way to any such policy existing. Turned me out on the street without a vehicle and ruined Christmas. Millions of online transactions occur world-wide without magnetic swiping, but not at Enterprise. Thanks Kyle.
