Story

All Star Sports Centre provides gymnastics, tumbling and trampoline programs year round for children 18mos through to teens. We cater to all levels beginner through to Elite Gymnastics. In addition to our regular programs, we provide winter, spring and summer day camps, PD day programs, open gym for adults and after school program (GYMKIDS) WITH or without transportation directly from school! All of our programs keep children active and focused and result in happy, healthy, responsible kids.

Even though we withdrew both our kids from their classes starting March 1 still they keep charging my visa every month. We notified the lady at reception in January about the withdrawal who at that point told us that she will take care of the cancellation and we don’t need to do anything else. Later on i even filled out a web enquiry form on their website regarding all this but did not hear anything back yet! CALLED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES BUT NO ONE EVER ANSWERS!!!!nSent them couple of emails as well but the same result!!!!!! Looks like they are doing this intentionally. IT’S A TRAP!!!!!!nStay far away from these cheaters!!!!
My kid goes regularly.. very good coaches .. i just have 2 complaints- reception staff - worst and u can see reviews here but my main complaint is regarding hygiene… they might be getting cleaned with cleaning companies but the place always stinks sweat… understandable that people do gymnastics but they earn million cant they afford room spray evert. Atleast our children require good hygienic place:. Spend some money on sprays.
Horrible staff!! The lady was rude and talking over me and hung up on me. They gave my daughter a level 4 ribbon and put her in a level 5/6 class for 2 months and yesterday they told me there are no notes and she's in level 4! Which makes no sense since I have a ribbon and she's been going to level 5 for 2 months! How ridiculous is this and then I'm told talk to the couch on Monday?!? Where is the manager???

Very bad customer service , specifically the office staff. very rude and always speaks over us , never returns calls or emails. I will not even give one star to this facility.nnProblem never got solved and I got called by the office staff who was speaking over me all the time and told me either I discontinued my child or they will charge me for next month fees. This facility just making money they have very little interest in children’s learning.nnThis matter never solved, as a parent asked many times to speak with higher authority no one has called me back or emailed me back.nnMy daughter passed level 2 with 93% awarded with the certificate and the ribbon November 2022. She starts level 3 and at achievement week April 2023 she has been awarded with level 3 completion.When parents goes to find out about level 4 class times, office staff says she has not passed level 3 and she just completed level 2 which she did not pass in November. Isn’t this shocking, they have no data about children’s progress and just taking money from parents without communicating about the child’s growth.nnParents please pay attention what they are giving out to kids and what they have at their end in their system is different. They also changed records as they were at fault. NO REFUND at all to us and hang up my call. My child has wasted time and her efforts which is nothing for the facility and the owner. They don’t care about children.nnI will not recommend this facility to anyone.
