It starts with the friendly and professional staff at the front desk from the moment you step in. It's such a great feeling to hear their hellos and goodbyes to each and every client that walks in. The gym layout is the best I've seen, the cleanliness of the facility is top notch (even with so many members coming in and out), and the atmosphere is live. To the front desk manager, staff and cleaners, keep up the great work and know you are all appreciated. You are reason why I will continue to renew my membership year after year. If I could give the gym and staff more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend this gym for the professionalism, friendliness, wide variety of equipment, cleanliness and a non-judgemental atmosphere. Nice spacious facility, excellent staff, and equipment is very good. No doubt LA Fitness is a good place to workout! They also deliver great customer service. With such extremely friendly staff members, everyone is willing to help you if you need anything. Ali Mumtaz is one of the most professional sales representatives I’ve came across at the gym. His performance far exceeds expectations due to his exceptionally high quality of work he performs around the gym. He also produces outstanding feedback for individuals who need more knowledge about reaching their specific body goals. Ali is highly approachable, is always enthusiastic and has some new and innovative ideas that will ease your stay at LA. I highly recommend him!

I’m pretty new to Brampton and have bin looking for a nice clean spacious gym. If that’s what your looking for this gym is perfect for you. I’d recommend it to anyone! I went in for a guest pass and was helped by Frankie. He was so helpful and so thorough. He sat me down and explained everything all the packages they have available. He showed me around the gym everything was clean and spacious. Super friendly! Very good atmosphere. I am completely pleased with my time spent here! I’m also pretty new to the gym and that can sometimes be hard but the staff is so helpful and it’s easy to feel comfortable in what can be a very uncomfortable situation if your not a gym junkie. Like I said I would suggest this gym to anyone who asks! Great experience!

This locations equipment is good enough for a decent workout. I completed almost two years of personal training at this location. The trainer I had was amazing but they are no longer working for the company.  
If you do decide to join this location make sure everything they promise you is written in your contract. Anything from price adjustments to extra personal training days they offer you. 
I was disappointed when I cancelled my account last month and the girl behind the desk told me I had to pay an extra month because it takes 10 days to process the payment and my next payment was in the next 6 days. I had a feeling that was not true and I asked her for head office phone number. Head office told me it only took three days to process and I didn't have to pay the extra month. 
Just like any gym you need to ask many questions and make sure everthing is written in your contract  or they do not have to honour what they originally told you.

Great location - clean and spacious, unlike a lot of other Gyms I have been to. I work in the Fitness industry so it is great to see a location so welcoming and friendly as it can be very daunting for some people to enter a gym in general. There was a gentleman by the name of Frankie who stood out to me as someone who was genuinely wanted to make sure my experience there was a good one. I would highly recommend this location.
