Absolutely a disgusted member! I will be rescinding my membership! DO NOT COME HERE, unless you want to be nickel and dimed to death with extra fees! But don't worry about that, because you can only pay the extra fees IF you have ALREADY PAID for a membership smh! Hours have reduced while fees continue to climb! Steer clear of this money pit! It isn't worth it anymore, this place is a joke!

I’ve only been a member for a month, today marks my second month. But today Harjit Singh was harassing me and banned me for playing basketball with my shirt off with 2 people in the gym. No warning no nothing, which is pretty extreme and bad customer service. So I wouldn’t advise this place to anyone tbh with my experience I had. Also I paid today to renew my membership, got banned today and have to wait 1-2weeks for my money back after I paid cash. Harjit Singh and other employees are goofs. Doing something positive and they come with negative energy. I will be working out from home and playing ball at kings court now.

Love this place, I workout here and it's a great place because it's a very small community so you feel very welcomed

Amazing facilities. The gym equipment is above normal standards and is maintained very well regularly. The swimming pool is also impressively big with life guards on duty all the time. There are group classes conducted here as well which one can book using their app.

For some reason every time I call the number I’m waiting 10mins for nobody to respond? Is it a different number that what google is telling me? When I call the automated message says they’re transferring me but no audible sounds or anything just silence for 10mins and nobody to pick up the phone. Please fix this issue, I now gotta waste my time and drive there just to speak to someone.

I signed up for a free trial and told the employees it was my first time at ymca, so you would expect them to explain how their system works, but I got no such explanation which just led to confusion and annoyance during my time there. for instance I was using to pool during family swim only to be told to leave after 20 minutes because you were only allowed to book one 30 minute slot at a time, and when I left I saw that no one else showed up for the after us and the pool remained empty for remaining 90 minutes of family swim time. Also the instructor led events were obnoxious as I was using the exercise equipment on the third floor, which all felt outdated and old, and all you could hear was the music blasting and the instructor yelling from the basement floor even through my headphone which were on fullblast. Finally, you would think they with how much they charge you wouldnt have to pay for any equipment while you are there, but they did it anyways by charging 50 cents to rent the cheapest ping pong ball you'll ever see. You would think that borrowing a ping pong ball would be free especially when you see the prices that they charge for their monthly memberships with the cheapest being $40/month and going up to almost $200/month for higher teir memberships, they should be able to afford better equipment.

Clean and not too busy, so you can actually work out for a while. Not too crowded and the atmosphere is relaxed. The classes are great with friendly instructors and lots of time options. I like the slow pace at this gym. Feels like a family place

Great place for the whole family to improve health and fitness. Family pass is great and financial aid is available. Wide variety of scheduled and drop in classes, and child care is available $2 per child per hour for children 3+. Keep in mind child care schedule changes each season based on staff availability.

I was a member for more than a decade. The track, classes, and plus membership are essential parts of this gym. Less stars because a sauna + hot tub should not cost over $100 a month. If you are looking for social, childcare services, and don't mind a hefty price tag this is for you. I found a gym for $10 a month where I was able to focus and get better results; as group classes made me plateau.
