Can't get an appointment for servicing for the life of me. Phoning multiple times- no one answers, emails- no response, text - crickets. I've been trying for a month. Too bad we can't give 0 stars for getting an appointment. Once you're there, servicing if good.nSomething is wrong at the top.

I had such a frustrating and disappointing experience with them since they provide terrible customer service and don't give you the complete information. I bought a car from a lady that was initially bought as a new car from them. The lady had paid for an oil change plan that will last 5 years expires May 2024 and that was transferable in case she sold the car. I called in November to get an appointment and was told that it was all good and that I just needed to bring the plan papers with me. I went in person in December only to tell me that there is no such thing and that since the lady sold the car, it was over, which was not true. I argued with the person and he finally agreed to transfer the plan to my name and that they will get in touch with me to let me know when it is done. More than a month passes by and I still hear nothing from them. I call back today and another person tells me that the lady needs to call him to confirm the transfer and that he doesn't know how much time it takes for it to get approved. Basically, the first person just wanted to shut me up and did nothing about it and didn't even tell me that the lady needed to call to confirm the transfer. She calls 20 minutes after and he tells her to call Nissan Canada since they are the ones who approve these transfers. What is this? Why didn't he just tell me to tell her that to avoid these back and forth useless calls? She calls Nissan Canada and they tell her that the transfer needed to be done within 30 days after the car was sold. If we had known, I would have not waited a month to follow up. No one ever told us about this and it is not written anywhere on the papers. So we went from there is no such thing as a transfer to yes there is a transfer but the old owner needs to call to now it's too late. They are just playing around and taking their time so that the plan/warranty expires without giving any services that we actually paid for. Overall, it was just a very frustrating experience with incompetent people who lack communication skills and who mistake you for being stupid or dumb just because you look young. I would definitely not recommend.

Just purchased a vehicle and the transaction, follow up, and attentiveness to customer satisfaction was great.nOlivier our salesperson went above and beyond and we would certainly do business here again.
