Vaudreuil Volkswagen

Been a customer with Vaudreuil Volks since 1999. We have purchased and leased 5 cars since that time. There service and mechanical staff are the best, Chantal at the service desk is the best. Francois Gauthier is a wonderful salesman, honest and no BS! My only negative since they moved, is the new wheel alignment machine they use before taking car to the service bay....to me, it is a Cash grab...nearly everyone that was in the waiting room were told there car needs a wheel alignment....Could be a coincidence....but at the end of the day the customer decides if the service is required.

I recently had trouble with my car and I must say the service manager Chris Kaleli made me feel like royalty and took care of all my issues right away. He called me right back and was kind and competent even if he has the biggest cold ever. Best Service, really cares about after sale and customer service. 5 stars would recommend and would buy another car there again. THANKS CHRIS!

For service department: brought in my 2015 golf TDI with a coolant leak and a noise issue (still on warranty). So he sent me out on the road with a mechanic which he found the rattle quickly. Then I got driven back to my place by their navette and picked up later . Communications were clear, Car was fixed perfectly and no hidden charges. They even rushed a part in to get my car fixed fast because I was leaving out of town. Also car was washed perfectly when I got it back ! For parts department: I needed specific parts for a custom brake job on my golf and they took the time to help me out.

I have to say we bought 2 cars from them. We only wanted one at first, but after spending some time with our salesman (Jean-Francois), we were so impressed that my wife decided to change her Subaru for a Volkswagen. It is the first time we met a salesman that cares so much about his clients. He gave us his cell phone number and always answered our question. True class act. Thanks!

The salesperson I dealt with was very nice and quite helpful. She let me testdrive the car I was looking for by myself:). Too bad they couldn't meet my target price. Bought it elsewhere.
