Vaudreuil Volkswagen

I decided to go to Volkswagen Vaudreuil to have my new car serviced by them. I spoke to the receptionist who told me I have to call the front desk and then be transferred to the person I need to speak to because apparently they only work from home. The reason I showed up in person is because I really wanted to discuss my needs on a more personal level. After calling the front desk and being transferred to Jean-marc I expressed to him that I would prefer to speak to someone at the dealership in person since I’m currently here. I was then redirected to the service advisor, Jean-Samuel Dubreuil, who thankfully was actually at the dealership and able to help me. We talked for a good 15 minutes and then he gave me an appointment for the following week. I was told to arrive at the drive through door at 4pm april 15th with my car freshly washed. I showed up for my appointment only to be greeted by a bunch of confused staff. I told them I’m here for my appointment and they had no idea what I was talking about. Apparently Jean-Samuel was absent that day, and wasn’t considerate enough to call or text me to let me know my appointment was cancelled. Strangly enough I was told by multiple staff that no one has access to his appointments and he is pretty much solely responsible for himself so there’s nothing they could have done. It seems they have no proper system or protocols in place. I was obviously annoyed by the lack of organization and care from the entire staff, as I wasted my time, left work early to arrive on time for the appointment, wasted my money on gas, and having my car washed. I then asked to speak to the manager who took down my name and phone number, reassured me that things would be handled and told me that Jean-Samuel would be in contact with me asap. I have yet to hear anything from anyone. I am truly shocked by the lack of organization from this dealership. I was super excited to work with them and I feel like there is a huge lack of passion coming from this business. Never would I have anticipated this kind of treatment from a competent dealership. At this point moving forward I feel uncomfortable trusting this dealership with my business, and I’ll be much more incline to continue working with Volkswagen Valleyfield as they have always been a delight, wonderful staff and very considerate overall.nI recommend to anyone who’s interested in buying a vehicle from Volkswagen to look the other way when considering the dealership in Vaudreuil. Many alarming reviews, and most good reviews seem like a sham. Very disappointing experience to say the least.

Great service as usual for the spring refresh of our Tiguan tires, alignment, washing inside and out, cabin filter replacement. Personnel was very friendly, I got a lift back home and was called with updates during the day. I’ll definitely return for my next service probably an oil change in a couple of months.

Chantal from the Service dept is exceptional. I can always trust in what she reports back about our cars. I think the availability of courtesy cars is fantastic and I love that they always wash the exterior of the car for me.

Service is the best! The entire service department is fantastic. Very thorough anytime I have an issue and excellent communication with regards to my car. I didn’t buy my car at this dealer, but this is the only place I trust with it.
