I purchased a 1983 Chevy Silverado truck from Montreal West Motors. I was only able to see photos of the truck online as I’m quit a distance away, another Provence to be precise! I reached out to the dealership through email and almost immediately received a person calling me answering my inquiries !!The dealer was professional, respectful and was very knowledgable about the intended purchase with history and other important information. I was sent photos of the vehicle I had asked to viewunderside,kick panels and doors the usual rust areas I was definitely interested in the purchase but it was difficult to find time off for travel to the location, to my amazement, the dealer was able to offer me a solution, he arranged full delivery of vehicle directly to my house in pristine condition at my cost My vehicle arrived in mint condition it had been washed from tip to toe inside and out, oil change & fluid top ups before delivery We took a moment of absolute trust and respect on funds and product exchanges. I can’t express how positively amazing this large purchase was completed so stress free. One of the best things about finding the perfect Jeep is being able to have a great adventure along the way. I found my 91 Jeep Comanche here and fell head over heels for this truck. From the moment I contacted the dealership I felt as though they were not only thorough but honest about every little question I had. And trust me I had a lot of questions. I took a train all the way to Montreal to be able to drive the Jeep home. We got about halfway; I can’t say enough about how amazing it was when the owner called after hearing I was stuck. I was able to get her home and a tiny fix and she was back to perfect. They handled the situation better then any dealership I’ve ever been to and I couldn’t thank them enough for everything they did. She’s on the road where she’s meant to be and I couldn’t be happier! Coming from the east end of Laval I was a little skeptical at first and tried to find a dealer closer to my house but I decided to come here instead and I did not regret it. Jason was really down to earth and his no pressure approach was really appropriated. The service was amazing. I got to meet his boss Vlad too and they are down to earth people. Buying an expensive classic car sight unseen is always a gamble. We trust the vendor for accurate description and photos. We also put trust into someone we have never met before to be honest and forthcoming. Am I remorseful for the purchase of a coveted collectible? Ah, hell no. I love my 1965 Chevelle SS! Vlad literally bent over backwards for me, delivering my baby and also picked up my trade. Whatever info I asked for, he promptly and effectively answered all my concerns.
