Mazda 2-20

Overall great experience at this dealership! The sales representative, Lloyd McKay found a car that ticked everything off my checklist and was patient with all of my questions. He made the transition from my old car very easy; within a week I was sitting in my new car! Fantastic ambiance from all other staff members as well, I would definitely recommend Mazda 2-20!

My girlfriend brought her 2016 Mazda cx-3 with 42000km into the service department because of a transmission issue. They replaced the whole transmission (which should not fail at that low mileage) but they told her that the car needs an alignement (due to replacing parts under warranty) and that she has to pay 87$ plus tax! This is not how warranty service works. I know this because I have worked in the business . So spoke to the advisor myself to explain that what they are doing is wrong and she put me on hold for 2 minutes and she said : Ok it will be no charge. After speaking with the service manager, I understand it was a mistake by the advisor. The car is perfect now.

i dont like their service department, very very expensive, i was expecting a discount with my own engine oil, they charged for oil anyway. they charge 45 dollars + tax for tire change (i have my winter tires on the rim already!), and for 24000km check they should take off the wheels anyway! i will never never never ever go back again. update: after cotacting the owner, he offered me a refund and a free next service, he agreed there was a mistake, and apprently he took the responsibility and fixed the issue, i was very happy with his attitude.

Horrible! I called for appointment left a message no one called me back! Waited for 4 days called them back no one picked the phone. Service department should work on their soft skills. I rather use other dealership.

Waste of time and money. Anywhere else you can find a better deal. Just sold me a CX7 with serious engine problems and they do not accept there even exist any problem although there is a certified inspection report showing all those, neither they take the responsibility to do the repairs and just wasting my time.
