I went through an unexpected situation with a recent purchase, and the team at Hyundai Vaudreuil handled it with honesty, patience, and professionalism. They made sure everything was resolved properly and that I left feeling confident and supported.nnA special shout-out to Emile, my sales rep — he may be new to the team, but he was exceptional throughout the entire process. Also, thank you to Lou-Anne, Danika, and Kimberly from the finance team for their help and communication, and to Hannah, the friendly receptionist who greeted me with a smile every single time I walked in which was often!. This dealership truly stands behind its customers and it shows.

I recently had a problem whereby my stepfather had to go to the hospital. I then had to come out to my parents house to help take care of my 82 year old mother. Unfortunately, my stepfather had taken the car key with him to the hospital. Luckily, there was a backup key at the house, but this key happened to have a dead battery. Fortunately, I found out that it still functioned to start the car by tapping the car key to the ignition.nnI then drove to Hyundai Vaudreuil where they could not have been nicer. From the woman in the first office to the left who directed me to the service department in the back left, to the two guys in the service department who sent me to the parts department, to the guy in the parts department who I believe his name is Dragos.nnDragos completely understood my situation. He was able to give me an excellent deal on a brand new car key battery, which he installed himself. All in all it was phenomenal service. Thanks again to Hyundai Vaudreuil.

My car 2023 Tucson. After a wrong repair at an authorized service center in Toronto, my engine developed a bigger problem. I took my car to HGrégoire Hyundai Vaudreuil, and Francis and his team immediately found the issue and fixed it with great care. They were incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful throughout the whole process. A team that truly loves what they do and makes you feel confident about your car. Highly recommend!
