This was a great experience. I would highly reccomend this car dealership to my family and friends. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. An absolute joke. My salesrep almost backed into a car in their own parking lot. For some reason she had to drive the car first. Then I was told that I HAD to finance the vehicle even if I had a cheque/cash ready for the total value of the vehicle. Then the "boss" of the place arrogantly increased the asking price of their vehicle after we found a major defect on the bumper of the car. Terrible experience and very poor pushy salesmen/women.

I loved shopping at HGregoire Hyundai in Vaudreuil…it was so easy to shop for the perfect family car because the team was so kind and helpful. We were in a rush to find something we all loved, and there were so many good quality options to choose from, but we didn’t want to overspend. Our sales rep was able to give us a good deal, and worked out a payment option that met our needs. I don’t usually leave reviews- but I have never seen such a dedicated team to satisfy customers! Great job!

my wife bought her new Tucson here, which at first the sales agent was terrible. He promised things and didn’t deliver. After bringing up these issues to Jason the manager, he took full responsibility and delivered on what the sales agent promised. FYI, that horrible sales agent that I dealt with has left. Guy at the service Center along with everyone else at Hyundai has been simply incredible. They understand the meaning of great customer service and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Guy, Jason and staff for turning our experience around.

HGrég shown me the real service! The cars were in high quality! Their were many options wherein you can find the right one for you. The representative were kind and answered every questions I have. Never felt rush during my visit. You're the best!
