STAY AWAY! Salesman Peter told my mom she should get a cheaper car when she was negotiating a better deal. He said you probably do not need all these options, why don't you buy a cheaper car. He then said she was crazy right in front of her to another salesman. The next day, she calls Peter he hang up on her and never called her back (now a week later, still no call). When she called them, she got passed on to another salesman Brian, he says that cash deals are not really good for the dealership because they do not get the kickbacks (aka they really do not care to sell the car to her). Brian then said, I have another call and hung up on her. Really unbelievable.

Hated the customer service wile i was looking for a car , the rep kept bashing the other brands to boost there own.

As far as "show up and test drive" this place was pretty good. Didn't do much else while I was there though. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the service, but it was also not above and beyond in a way that would warrant a 5-Star review. Edit: The Sales Director did call and follow up, which quite impressed me. The dealership obviously takes pride in their service.
