From Sales to Service, THIS IS THE PLACE!!! First, their salesman Alain, is a first class gentlemen. Not only does he know his own products but he will tell you about the competition, not by discarding the competition but by comparisons. And after test driving the competition he was correct. I've purchased a Sorento and a Rio from Alain. Service, Marco, Nicolas and Susie are stars, they take care of my vehicles and make sure our appointments are on time and that we know what is being worked on in detail. I've had one incident with service here but this was quickly rectified. I will continue to purchase KIA vehicles and continue to do business here. I recommend to do business here!

Made an appointment by email. Drove from Ottawa (1.5 hours). Was notified that the representative left at 4 (I arrived at 4). Waited around for an hour for assistance. I left without speaking to anyone. (contact was with Michael Payette via email...he should have my contact information)

Sales rep areva hit or miss depending who you fall on , the service shop is hard to reach and often on long wait for repairs. Sucks when you own a new car..... I will certainly go to the Valleyfield dealer for my next purchase

The service department is excellent. Nick and Suzie always have a smile and are ready to explain my bill in detail. They take good care of my car every visit! They also have a huge selection of new and used vehicles. Big thank you to Kia Vaudreuil!

Love the car. We shopped around for a Sedona for few weeks and this is the nicest Sedona we found. Their esthetics department did a great job on the car. The transaction could have been done a bit better but they rectified their mistake and did what is expected of a Kia Dealership.
