Club Piscine Super Fitness - Montréal - Pointe-aux-Trembles

No personel, they have office hours 9-5 never close late, Monday to Saturday, no Sunday,and Saturday, the only day i can go see them during their operating hours and noone could help us buy a spa... We will be going elsewhere.

Great items and some pretty good prices. Though we had no service at all until we approached one of their staff, which were huddled near a counter just chatting it up. Then she gave us an estimated time for delivery but when I called to find out, the appointment was never set and so we did not receive our purchase on time like discussed with the saleslady. Patio set we ordered came in a box and we had to assemble everything. For that, it was not at all worth the price we paid. Delivery guys were nice though.

We went a month ago about to inquire about getting our lining replaced. The service in the store was okay but however it went down hill from there. We dealt with Diane and got the information and she called the contractor to come to our house and give us a quote. We got the quote and there had been mistakes on it and my husband called to have it rectified and we never got a new quote. We have been in contact with the contractor but we have not gotten any dates. Also when we call he doesn't call us back. I feel like I am wasting my time.. Today is the first day of summer and I still have this black hole in my yard. In two weeks I am on vacation and not looking forward to it because I will be stuck in my house because I can't stand looking and my yard. I guess the only thing I can do is contact a different club piscine close to the area and start the process all over again. So with that being said I would not even consider giving them a star. But i had to give something in order to post. But they don't deserve anything. Also just a suggestion during pool season you should have more than one contractor to help with this busy season. Well it has been exactly 4 weeks since Mr Lee and myself gave our deposit and 2 and 1/2 months since we started this process trying to get our lining changed. This is turning out to be the worst. Everything has been put on hold waiting for this lining like changing our fence. I will finish my vacation this week after two weeks of frustration because I got nothing done. Pool was supposed to be done and fence. This would have been the best time to get these jobs done so that I could supervise the work being done. I just got to look at this black hole in my yard. Had we gone with one of the other people that we got quotes from it probably would have been finished. Even my neighbors have been calling giving us names of people that we could get to change the lining. But like I told them I have already made the mistake and given a deposit on July 2nd. I should get this deposit back because at this point the pool is no longer needed this year. We usually close our pool mid August because we go away in September and that is one job finished with the fall preparation. My neighbors can't believe that it has taken this long for Club Piscine to get their act together. My neighbor needed a new set of stairs and instead of going to this club piscine he went elsewhere. I have never heard of a situation like this. As I said once they get your money they don't work very hard to get the job done. And the sub-contractor is no help because he does not call to keep you posted. In June when I spoke to him he said that it would probably take 2 to 3 weeks after we gave our deposit. And really he said that it would probably be more like two weeks because most people have already gotten their linings change so they are not very busy. Well CLUB PISCINE in POINTE AUX TREMBLES on Sherbrooke SUCKS. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANY OF YOUR POOL NEEDS BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT GET THE JOB DONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

It's either this or Trevi. Both on the expensive side. They need to take better care of their ventilation systems since the place smells like chemicals. As for all small parts for pool equipment, they are way overpriced but I guess when you are a monopoly, you can rip people off since they have no other choice...

Again only giving 1 star because we have to. We have been waiting for our lining since mid May. It is mid July and still nothing. I am on vacation for the next two weeks and stuck here because my husband has to work and all I have is this big black hole in my yard. So sick of this situation. When people mention getting a pool in their yard I tell them don't because once they sell you the pool then you can't get service. My neighbor just had his done with Trevi. But I don't think they are any better but he has his pool. The guy that we have been dealing with he said that as soon as we give a deposit he would order the lining. We paid the deposit and I called a week and half later to check in and he said that he just ordered the lining then. Personally I would just like my deposit back since to me the summer is over by the end of July and we usually start thinking of closing the pool because it gets to cold to swim. So with that being said I am tired of this whole situation. Or I guess we should have started this maybe in January so that we could have had our pool this year. So I say that the Club Piscine in Pointe Aux Trembles really sucks. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>...

Today for the covid 19 is very bad and take too long to get in side and at the end some thinks are cheap and an others are very expensive.and we don't have a choice we have to pay. They can put the any price they want

You don’t feel like you’re the client ! They are kind of doing a favor for you! Waited too much until I left! Poor client service

Service is not great... Unless client approaches someone no one helps you... Need better service for pool Water testing.

Not enough staff. Sometimes you have to wait long just to ask a simple question.
