Amazing customer service which makes the shopping experience enjoyable. I went to have a copy of a key made yesterday and was curious as to how exactly it is done. The lady allowed me to come behind the counter and showed me how the machine works, explained every step and why... It was a good learning experience and I will definately be returning in the future.

It's a medium large hardware store/lumber yard. What i like about going there is that the employees are courteous and knowledgeable. What i don't find in large surface stores.

Normally good, today, I waited at the service counter, was passed by 2 pairs of employees with "Service" written on their vests talking between themselves, ignoring me, until I finally got fed up. Two stars because at least the place was organized and I found some other things that I needed.
