This review has no reflection on A&W and Taco Time as a whole; I typically enjoy both A & W and Taco Time. Perhaps my expectations are a bit high for this fast food joint as I remember it when I was younger just after it opened. It was a TCBY/Taco Time and my buddies and I would stop here after every fishing trip down to Malad for some amazing food (as far as fast food goes). Now though the food is less than mediocre. I still stop by occasionally hoping for some good food from those good old days, only to be disappointed. The food is always luke warm, their ice cream machine is always broken, and they don't have brewed root beer only the typical fountain.

Absolutely godawful. Whatever you do, do NOT upsize any meal because you'll actually end up getting less fries. And the employees could care less about providing decent customer service either, so either set the bar really low or take your business across the street to the Flying J or next door to Subway...or better yet, far, far away from here. And whatever you do, skip TacoTime - your colon will thank you later.

My wife and I stopped at this facility with the expectation that it would be typical of other Taco Time/A & W's. It would have been better had we just walked out. The first thing my wife noted was the odor at the beverage vending station. Frankly it was clearly dirty and smelled moldy. We sat down and waited for our order (#69, 9/3/2017, 2:49 PM). The table was sticky and dirty (and it was the best looking table around). My wife got some napkins wet and tried to clean up the table. We had intended to eat in the facility, however, the flies were so prolific we picked up our order and ate in the car. My wife's Nachos Grande did not match that which customary at other Taco Times she generally orders. She ended up throwing it in the garbage. Today, September 4, 2017, I called Store #6154 and spoke with the manager, "Autum", about the cleanliness and service. Her very first concern was why I was calling, was reluctant to tell me the owner's name, and refused to provide me with her last name. That was fine with me. Her apology was insipid as the rest of the facility and its products. I gave “Autum” friendly advice to clean up the place before the district health department completes an inspection. I would certainly recommend to anybody eating there to be certain that their immune system was in good to excellent condition if the place does not get cleaned up.

Food was awesome. I love A and W. These guys made the food fast and were easy to work with. Love their fry sauce here. They have a Mushroom Swiss sandwich, that some A&Ws don't have. Always a plus and one of their better sandwiches.
