Riverside Hot Springs Inn & Spa

From the outside it doesn't look like much, but inside it's very charming. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. There are three hot pools in the building that are private and have doors that lock. The restaurant in the hotel is nice. The food was delicious, though the portions were a little small. The building has been renovated but still retains it's original style. I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely go again.

A quaint, comfortable place to stay with kind, accommodating staff. Restaurant downstairs is outstanding - reservations required. And, as bonus: 3 hot spring baths on site. Building has some miles on it, while staff seemed actively working on improving. Appreciated hospitality. Thank you.

Old hotel with all the old charm. Best place to stay in Lava because the hot springs are in private rooms and one outside, restaurant and massages are all on site. You really never have to leave. Very relaxing getaway. We loved it and won't stay anywhere else when we visit. Great staff and location if you do want to walk main street.

After a wonderful stay back in February we decided, once more, to book another room at the Riverside Inn. The room was wonderful but the shining star is Alonso!! He is a master at what he does and is extremely personable (we could’ve stayed all night in the bar sampling his cocktail creations!) Honestly, we don’t know why one would stay elsewhere. The history, rooms, staff, private soaks, food and drinks are unbeatable. We were hesitant to leave a good review in fear that this gem would be discovered by more people. 😉 Thank you! My wife and I booked last minute for just a weekend get away with just the 2 of us.... this place was spectacular and worth the price!!! 1. Great location. 2. Amazing architecture. 3. Incredible staff. 4. Delicious food and tasty drinks. 5. Impeccable restaurant and service. 6. The hot springs being tapped into the building, and hot tub outside was warm, and relaxing!!! My wife and I had a wonderful stay and incredible experience!!! We will definitely be returning!!!
