Great gym! Awesome atmosphere. If you want a killer workout in 30 minutes this is perfect. A fun way to get cardio in, build muscle, and learn to kickbox. Definitely worth it. It’s great having a trainer too who pushes you and teaches you along the way. If you get to workout with Dedra then it will be a great time no doubt.
Had my free workout today and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised! Having done hour long kickboxing classes at a gym for 3 years, I was skeptical that a mere 30 minute workout would be enough to do much of anything - but I was so wrong. Killer workout! The fact that they have no class times makes it easy to keep myself accountable, which wasn't my case before as my schedule was constantly changing. Taylor was great and really made me feel welcome. Can't wait to sign up. Now I must soak my weary muscles in a hot bath. Lol.
I love the fact it is a very intense half-hour workout, that still allows me to go at my own pace and level. On top of that the kickboxing exercises and training are a very satisfying way to work up a sweat.
Love,Love,Love 9Round! Cannot tell you how much I have been enjoying my workouts these past 2 weeks. The circuit changes daily and the instructors are pretty amazing.
It is a great facility for getting in a station workout in a short time frame. 30 minutes. No appointment necessary as stations rotate every 3 minutes. The staff have all been excellent and why the kids like it so much.
just done my free training today and im so happy with the result for only 30 minutes and i already burned lots of calories. So no second thought i sign for there year membership i would recommend this for those people want to lose weight and get firm...
Get place to do a workout and Chris had the music on point when I was there!
