I just want to say, thank you for all your help, with signing up for my gym membership, and being so patient as I transferred over to my work discount program!! I love working out here. The people are very nice and friendly. The staff are wonderful. Diedre saved me with a roll of fresh TP. :nnSavannah is awesome at answering all of my questions I had.nnThey let me pay my gym membership fees in bulk when I want to before my due dates for the gym membership. So I would pay for 3-5 months in advanced.nnEspecially on my slow days at work, I would go to the gym often.nnThe classes there are wonderful and worth going too, I had the most wonderful Warm Yin Yang yoga today. I will try to go every Thursday night if I can.nnBodypump was super fun. I was new to that, so they taught me how to do all the movements for the exercises.nnZumba was fun. I go Monday night and Wednesday afternoons.nnI’m trying out different styles of yoga at the gym.nnTrying out other different classes here too in the Sherwood Park location before I move into Edmonton!!

Warm and welcoming gym. The assistant manager, Brooke, went above and beyond to make sure my workout was safe and healthy. Lots of fun classes. Kim, Nadine, and Christie are the BEST RPM instructors!

Gym is good but should be 24/7 not 24/4 thats false advertisement. You guys should work on that. When i sign up is for 24/7 so might have a little talk with someone to get some money back or discount cause yeah false advertisement can lead to legal actions. Now a day you can get sued for almost nothing

I had a really unpleasant experience at GoodLife Fitness recently. I asked for a water bottle, because i forgot mine and while one staff member was about to give it to me, another stepped in and said something along the lines of, “They want everything for free,” clearly referring to my race brown. It was shocking and hurtful to hear such a stereotype being thrown around so casually.nnTo make it worse, when I left, they said “Good night” in a sarcastic and unprofessional tone, which just added to how uncomfortable the whole interaction felt.nnAs a paying member, I expect to be treated with respect, just like anyone else. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and definitely not what I’d expect from a brand like GoodLife. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures their staff are trained to treat all members equally

I am in Sherwood Park on a trip from Yellowknife. I wanted to workout and chose GoodLife. A superlative experience.nnFrom the moment I walked in and spoke to Malaki, I was treated with respect, courtesy, and professional. He made my registration simple, supportive, and instructive.nnUpon completing the registration, he provided a briefing on the facility and conducted an on site your. It was educational and informative.nnThe facilities are well organized, with a variety of equipment, and the change rooms are spacious and well stocked with some basic necessities i.e. shower gel. Moisturizer, etc..nnA wonderful experience. I look forward to continuing to enjoy the facility during my trip.nnNeedless to say. I will be signing up for future temporary memberships when I'm in the area.
