GoodLife Fitness Centres

I would make this a higher rating but I'm upset that you guys are not 24/7. The only reason I signed up for GoodLife was because the Snap fitness here was foreclosed and i used to live in Spruce Grove with the 24/7 Snap. Never had issues with an unmaned desk or facility at snap. However you guys are great with cleanliness and the facility is well laid out and a good size.

Clearly the staff need to be trained to all be on the same page. Called a month ago to see when my yearly membership is up with intentions to cancel. Was told the date and the girl told me I needed to come into the gym the day of to cancel. The day comes and go to front desk and they tell me she told me wrong and I still have to pay one more month. Not impressed. Bunch of kids working there.

Nice and quite from 6-7am. Dressing rooms and showers are always clean. The streching area could be bigger, it is a small 3m x 3m gym mat in the middle of the machines. The staff are always friendly, even early in the morning.

My wife and I got memberships here in November of '16. So far so good, the gym is new, equipment is pretty good (only a couple of pieces requiring replacement/exhaustive repair). We like it because it's close to home, and it's never ultra busy.
