Great instructors and an extremely welcoming environment. Unlike most private/smaller fitness studios and gyms, this is an extremely welcoming and not cliquey place! Convenient location with plenty of parking...classes offered at different times each day to accommodate all! Instructors always enthusiastic, offer advice when needed, and push when needed! Highly recommended!

Fantastic place! Great environment and instructors. You will have an amazing time and leave with a "good hurt" in muscles that you never knew existed. I will definitely recommend this place.
