350 Grill

Went here to celebrate Mother's Day. This was our 3rd time here and unfortunately it was not up to the same standard as previous visits. Perhaps this was because it was much busier than usual and the kitchen and wait staff were a little overwhelmed. Service: The waiter was very courteous and personable. He was busy and at times hard to find. Drinks and appetizer came out fairly quickly. Salads and soup came out soon after. Then... The wait. Dinners took about 40 minutes after the soup and salad was cleared. This was by far the biggest disappointment of the night. Food: Flavor was excellent. And in general everything was cooked very well. Unfortunately my daughter's pork chop was under done cool center. This was sent back and cooked more. Overall: For the price, I felt there should have been much better service. And I was very surprised that no management rep came to apologize for the delays or under cooked food. Other tables received complementary dessert but we were offered no other accommodations.

We went out for our anniversary. Had the surf and turf and was slightly disappointed. I've had this before and it was great but not this last time. The risotto was overcooked and they had ran out of scallops that night and I received one very small piece of scallop with this dish. The spinach had no flavor. The absolute highlight of our night were the drinks, I had the Pistachio drink and my hubby had the Red grapefruit margarita. The service was great as well.

350 Grill is hands down the best steakhouse in the country. I travel for a living and if I am working 2 hours from this place, I will choose a hotel nearby just for the steak. Everything is cooked to perfection including all sides. Many options for state toppings. The best part about this place is that it is consistent. Every experience has been fantastic.

We found this restaurant by asking Siri for a steakhouse in Springfield, Massachusetts. I’m so glad we found it. The food is absolutely incredible. Everyone’s steak was prepared perfectly. The surf and turf was exceptionally good. The only minor downside is it’s extremely dark and difficult to see your food. The owner is also actively involved and works the hostess stand. I shared a comment with her on the way out regarding the bread I didn’t know was available not knowing she was the owner. She was extremely friendly and receptive. We will definitely be back when we are in the area! They also have an outdoor heated patio that’s open year-round. Although I did not eat there this time, I would like to try it. Even in the winter.

Met friends for dinner, our 1st time and drinks were good, waitress was wonderful. Steaks were not cooked perfectly to our liking but good. Only issue is the amount of smoke from grill that fills the entire restaurant. It's strong and affected our eyes. Probably won't returnFood: 3/5

Before I went there, I read some reviews online. Someone says it's the best burger he has ever had. I am intrigued by this one because I like burgers a lot, so I could really compare... And I can confirm that it's the best burger I have ever had!!!! Awesome taste, very thin cut potatoes were also great. I will come againFood: 5/5

We just had an amazing experience again at 350 Grill. The food was divine, the service was fantastic, and we had a wonderful evening. We have been here numerous times, with small and large parties, and it’s always phenomenal. We love coming here!

Walked in at closing and met the chef and she personally made us the most amazing steaks I’ve ever had. We appreciated the extra step that she took. Also the bartender was amazing. Great food and people!!

Last night we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the 350 Grill! The Ribeye Steak was melt in your mouth, and the Blackened Swordfish was divine. Our server Holly was exceptional, and the atmosphere was romantic and relaxed. The owner Sherry stopped by at our table to make sure everything was good, and chatted for a few minutes, which I thought was very, very nice. Highly recommend this fine dining restaurant!

first let me say the entertainment was Great. we arrived at 6:30 for a reservation. did not get food until after 8- a salad and cheese burg- asked for burger med rare- got shoe leather and it was cold- Caesar Salad with chicken. salad was soggy. Service was aweful and the owner is rude- charged for a soda refill- waited forever for drinks to come- first ordered scallops. took almost 30-40 minutes for waitress to come back and say- all out of scallops. terrible. will not return
