Palazzo Cafe

What a gem! I wasn’t expecting much, just glad to find something that wasn’t a chain shop. Was bowled over by the genuine Love and kindness the family of owners shares with everyone who walks in the door. Serious good vibes permeating the whole place this morning. Grateful for a pick-me-up more powerful than coffee.

Truly the sweetest woman at the counter. We aren’t locals, and stopping here was a delight. If I lived here, I would come everyday

I have been going here for many years now for morning coffee and a muffin and also many times for lunch. The service is always excellent as well as the food. You always feel welcomed by their staff, Silvana and the owner Luisa and they work very hard to make this the best place to go. They have won The Greater Springfield Convention and Visitors Bureau Howdy Award for great service and it was well deserved!!

I went to Palazzo Cafe and got a panini some cheesecake and a pumpkin flavored cake it was outstanding definitely would recommendFood: 4/5

Great sandwiches, paninis and wraps! They also have much more like coffee, expresso and cappuccinos. The owners are always working there along with the staff and they are all very friendly. I've gone there to eat many times and it's always a great consistent experience.

We loved this cafe. A few of us went to lunch and had amazing food along with great customer service. We love small business and appreciated the awesome customer service from the owner and staff. Great cappuccino and sandwiches...A must when downtown Springfield, Ma.

Had business downtown today and I made it a point to stop here as always. Luisa and her staff were great, the breakfast sandwich great and the chocolate pastry delicious. Stop in.

Always a graat experience! Luiza treats everyone as if they are family! Coffee is always hot, and the food is great! and Sylvana , the best!
