Justin helped us pick out a bike tonight. My mom's was recently stolen out of the garage and she loved it. He took us right to the new edition of it. He knew each model inside out and answered every question. Totally took the anxiety out of shopping for such a large purpose. He was no pressure sales and encouraged us to try them all. Model employee.

Me, my wife, her brother and his kids have all bought bikes here and have had them serviced. You can never go wrong with Bert’s Bikes.

Never really bought bikes from there, as I build my own, but I've gone there with a couple of buddies here and there to check out the inventory and was immediately greeted, and asked if I needed help finding something. As I said, we would mostly browse, but when it came time for me to get a specific part or have them do a service I could not do myself, they were more than helpful. I needed barrel adjusters for my bike, and they had the size I needed in stock, put them in right there in the store, and only charged me about $6 for parts and "labor" where if I bought them online, the adjusters themselves are around $12 plus shipping. Very friendly, very helpful, gives me hope in a town with most of it's bike shops being run by assholes who charge an arm and leg to do a simple task. Thank you Berts!

disabled vet, in need of a quick fix on my wheelchair. berts took care of it on the spot, and i was on my way, for a fraction of the price of a medical equipment store.

Stood in the store for 20 minutes waiting for service. I had to stare aggressively at a salesman to even get acknowledged. He told me they were short handed and apologized for the wait, but when he was through with his customer we still were passed over for a different couple that came in after us. 

Better off going to a small mom and pop bike shop. There are plenty in WNY
