Had great pizza before but their app screwed up the charge and over charged us.. tonight it was the pizza. Ordered Carnivore with extra cheese. Came burnt with no extra cheese and very little sauce. Also the receipt didn't reflect the tip i left. I hope the driver got one. Not sure we'll order again. Step up your product Zimarino.

I hope I get a refund for the delivery I paid for online and never received. I even told your driver to take it back to the store for me to pick up, and you were closed before 9pm. And no one answered the phone when I called. And your voicemails are full so I couldn’t even leave a message.
