The weekday day staffing is Great!! Evening and weekends are atrocious. Do Not order the chicken wings unless you want pinfeathers and uncooked crazy bread regularly. Then that staff won't answer the phone or I was even told they had No More crazy bread 20min before closing although it's seriously Just pizza dough cut into sections. Go week days if you're wise and want edible arrangements.
Have tried order at this Little Caesars location twice in the last two weeks, unsuccessfully. Have tried to call, they don’t answer the phone. Have tried to order online, website says not currently taking orders. Also attempted to pickup a hot and ready pizza in person, workers immediately walked to back of kitchen while their co worker made out with boyfriend and payed no attention to myself or other patrons attempting to make orders. We have been customers of this location for years, never had this type of service before. I understand there is a workforce shortage, but this it ridiculous.
Waited for 30 minutes past the time the website said would be ready. Came into the store and two female employees were kicking each other behind the counter. A couple came and were verbally and physically checking each other's hickeys. Music on load in the back. Employees checking friends driving by the restaurant. Extremely unprofessional.
I went into Little Caesars a cpl days ago and was not impressed at all. The customer service was aweful and I, along with other customers, waited at least 10 min before even being helped or approached. None of the employees were working aside from maybe 2, and the others were goofing around and one was on her phone leaning against the wall. The manager asked the girl on the phone to put it down and she said no and laughed and ran off to another spot to play on her phone, and this whole time there was a line all the way out the doors. There were no pizzas ready but a cpl and none being made . This was very unprofessional and a let down to say the least.
Have always had good food and service from this location. Would say there's issues with the staff in the back, they seemed to be arguing/ yelling when I was in last. The soda in cooler could be colder and they were out of a couple kinds. Parking: Parking is convenient in the front , ample spaces.
Takes way long, hardly any food is ready/ takes a half hour if you order a sticks-n-slices item.Food: 5/5
Found a hair in my food so most likely will never go there again . Seen one of the kids whipping there pony tail around like they were doing the watch me dance .Food: 1/5
The management at the Brooks location is so incredibly horrible. The vast majority of the kids that 'work' there are doing anything but working. This falls on poor management. Berating your young staff is not managing. You need to lead by example. Anyhow, the pizzas are inconsistent and its frustrating to see nothing happening in the back but rough housing while lines of customers are waiting. I always feel bad for the kid up front that has to deal with upset customers because their coworkers aren't doing anything.
I’ve been here a few times and haven’t had any issues. Today was an entirely different store. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and I know it can be taxing. But seeing 5-7 kids in the back nonchalantly working, no sense of urgency, in full view of a line of customers, it’s perturbing to say the least. Not to mention seeing a safe member grab a box from their stores, throw it on the ground, turn it over with her foot by stepping on the box, proceed to literally throw bags of cheese in the cooler at her station, it was obvious she didn’t want to be there. She also filled her her bin after handling the box without washing her hands, emptied one bag, then put another bag of cheese on top of the loose cheese in the bin as if there’s no potential contaminants on the outside of the bag. No regard for safety. The gentlemen working the till was disparaging the other staff mainly pointing out the lack of work ethic from the rest of the staff. I honestly don’t blame him. I’d be frustrated in his position. Not only that but I picked up a hot’n’ready extra most bestest, got home and it’s a regular pepperoni. Not that big of a deal even with the price difference. But the outer crust was stale. Nor was it very hot, only marginally warm. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a pizza left over from the day before. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
HORRIBLE experience waiting for my takeout order last night. Teenage staff members kept saying my pizza would be out in “a couple minutes”. After 20 minutes of utter confusion I realized my pizza WASN’T EVEN IN THE OVEN. It wasn’t even busy at the restaurant, the staff was just HIGHLY incompetent. NOBODY at all was watching the oven. These teenagers just kept disappearing from their stations. There must have been at least 6 pizzas sitting there uncut & unnoticed for almost 10 minutes and they STILL weren’t even the right ones. IF YOU’RE GONNA HIRE A CREW THAT IS 100% TEENAGERS YOU NEED A MANAGER PRESENT.
