Old Chicago

Extreme friendly staff with fantastic fast service. Recommend going during happy hour to bet the dinner crowd as there is always a wait. The Italian Nachos were absolutely delicious and large enough for multiple people as an appetizer or for a full dinner for 1 or 2 people. The pretzels with the beer cheese sauce were so amazingly delicious. The only downside to my experience was the TVs being a little too loud.

Took our son here for dinner our first time going and it was outstanding! It was our son's birthday and he got a free slice of cake! I had the BBQ cheese burger with waffle fries, boyfriend had the Hangover burger and waffle fries, my son had the kids peppy pizza. Our appetizer was the garlic cheese bread with red sauce. All of it was amazing!! Thank you chefs!! And the service was just as great .. MacKenzie was our waitress and she was very attentive to serving us. The greeting at the door was awesome as well. We will definitely be back because of the service we received!

I just moved here from Illinois & thought it would be nice to have a taste of home so I took my daughter to this old chicago. Boy was this BAD!!! My daughter's meal came out & I asked "where is the appetizer?" Waitress replied "what app did you order?" I told her & she said she'll look into it. 5 minutes later my pizza came out & still no appetizer. Approximately 10 minutes later came our appetizer which was disgusting. It's called the chi trio. We barely touched it. Nearly 20 minutes later the waitress came back and said "boxes for you?" I replied with "just 1 for the pizza. The appetizer was disgusting and clearly we are not going to eat it & I would like it removed from the bill." She came back 5 minutes later & said "the manager said we can take half the price of the app off." I then asked for the manager. The manager arrive and said, "no problem. We will take it off after a nearly 5 minute discussion on the dissatisfaction of the product Our bill came, I paid cash and waited nearly 15 minutes for my $18 in change to arrive. Additionally, we were offered no drink refills until we were leaving. This was a TERRIBLE experience and sadly I will not be returning to this restaurant. I was a big fan of the Old Chicago in my old area but this one needs MUCH improvement from staff to food.

Old Chicago never disappoints. Tonight I ordered a sandwich I have not had before. The Italian Melt. It was very good. Delicious. Lots of flavor. I will be ordering it again. The location here in Missoula was very nice. Great service.Food: 5/5

Parking lot was clean easy to navigate. Entering we stood at the host stand for 7-10 minutes before being greeted, yes I saw all three girls in the bar area watching us stand there, thanks for the help..... Service was decent at the table probably needed another server as ours was the only one we could see and she was behind the entire time. The decor was typical if the chain yet this old Chicago feels off small and crammed missing something the others have, the atmosphere and vibe is not old Chicago it's like family diner vibe, the food was below average, calzones we're undercooked, cook your insides separate then add them some veggies cooked some destroyed. The kids spaghetti was bad .. like really bad... Wasn't even canned quality which I get it's kids spaghetti, but this was dry and the sauce like paste.... appetizer was good. Idk this seems like an odd Old Chicago and certainly the worst I've been to. We probably won't be back here. Features: No mask or vax issues here. Place appeared clean and sanitized, staff showed safe distance and respect to guests. Sanitizer available, our state is very lax on COVID. So I would say these guys are oar with state expectations

I will try it again. Lunch 2 people Friday wanted outdoor seating. Plenty of available tables and very pretty patio but was offered dining room only. Got artichoke dip app and 2 of the personal pizzas w/side salads. The salads were fresh, the pizzas were not bad, the artichoke dip came with extras and was good! $35 plus tip service wasn't bad.

We were sat right away took our order. food took about 2 hours to get to us they did not give me the right order. Buffalo wings were nasty, the girl didn’t ask if we wanted refills on our drink everyone else around us that got there after us got all there food right away . Do better . Never coming back very disappointed

We were in from out of town and this place was AWESOME! Food was excellant,Waitress was quick and even though she was very busy, she was courteous and funny. a

The pizza we got was SOOO overpriced in comparison to the tiny size of it. With the number of pizza places in Missoula this restaurant definitely didn't compare at all and I can't see how anyone would choose this over any of the others. Does this pizza look at all worth $29.00 $28.56 or to be exact? Very small for that high price.

With prices on the rise everywhere it is more and more important that the food be great. The food during our visit was not great. Our servers were fun and friendly so no complaint there. I am kind of withholding judgment on whether my food was a rarity or the new reality of the place. In the past I have had some great pizza and great other meals there
