We get delivery only, but I'm sure the atmosphere is a typical busy pizza place. We also usually get more than one pepper chino if they are small. The website is easy to maneuver in, and choices are clear. Rarely a difficult experience and the difficulties are usually on my end.Food: 5/5
Between the food and the driver unfortunately, this was a bad experience. The driver delivered our order only to discover he gave us the wrong one. Promptly after, he pounded on our door and told us he gave us the wrong order “my husband told him there was no need to pound on the door and in response he got “I’m busy your fine” is this really how you treat customers?

My rating is based on my communications with both Papa Johns & Door Dash. Ive been trying to resolve an issue from an order placed on 5-14-22. Papa Johns said to contact Door Dash & now after getting the run-a-round they are telling me they can't compensate me because its been over a week since the issue happened. I've spent over 2 hours between chat & emails trying to resolve this. The sad thing is, they could have had this handled in less than 15min if they had remembered that I'm a customer & my experience should be important to them.
Easy to walk in and order pizza and staff was polite and pizza made promptly. Will order again. Provide customers with coupons or deals brings customers back
I ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce but I got red sauce instead. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this store too. The food is good when I get what I ordered, but it's a crapshoot every time. You're better off ordering Dominos
This place is a disaster. Out of 6 orders 4 of them have had quality issues or straight up mistakes. The business has an actual sign on the door asking people not to be mean to employees because they know how terrible the staff is. Today when calling about yet another mistake made, this time by the manager she got irate on the phone and told me to apply if I can do a better job, then hung up on me when I asked for her name to report this interaction. STAY AWAY at all costs, gas station pizza has better quality control.
They were very busy today all I know is something happend and Jordan was still able to provide me great customer service and good food she is a hard worker and very kind!!
I want to know where the idea came from that putting breakfast sausage on a pizza is normal practice. It's disgusting and ruins the flavor profile that I'm looking for. It should always be spicy Italian sausage
Pizzas are looking better than ever recently. A few months ago we ordered and the pizza had too little cheese and it was way too thin and the crust was way too big, the toppings were falling off. A few days ago we got the best pizza ever from there. Perfectly made and delicious!
