No surprise that there are numerous reviews detailing customers experience with rude staff! I attempted to return an unworn piece of merchandise which they rudely refused claiming it had been warn due to a small make-up stain on the white collar. It's a women's clothing store....OBVIOUSLY there is going to be merchandise with make-up stains. The staff were so rude and I was made out to feel like a liar, this has never happened to me anywhere else before. I will NOT be shopping at this location anymore. Please take notice of the iterative reviews here and train your staff properly!

Every customer seems to annoy the staff.. it’s like they enjoy ignoring the people who come in to spend money. When you do ask for assistance they physically huff and puff about it and begrudgingly oblige. Settle down ladies it’s not that hard to check and do your job.

Very BAD customer experience.
Today I went for a refund on two items that I bought for my daughter three days ago as they didn't fit on her.
Although I had my original receipt, and the price tags were all intact, the manager refused my return. She argued with me in a very unprofessional and extreme attitude saying that the garments were worn out. I tried to explain that my daughter just tried them on at home, but she didn't listen. She made me feel like I was lying. And with her tone, she made sure that all the customers who were lined up could listen. In the meantime she was rubbing the clothes with her hands saying that they had stains. I really think she, with all that rubbing, was trying to leave a stain on them. What a DISHONEST way to do business.
I left the store so frustrated, when in a cooky manner she asked me if I wanted my clothes in a bag.
The customer service in the store is to be ASHAMED.
The money that I get by working so hard and in an honest way is never going to go to pay for your dishonest job.

The manager for the men's section is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE MISERABLE person in the history of managers. She flat out FIGHTS with customers and threatens customers that she will call the security on them, where in fact you need to call the security on her because she's verbally abusive. I am going to make sure i report her to the head office. Does Zara not see how many complains are ONLY & ONLY because of that manager?? Btw her name is Amanda. She surely needs to seek professional help.

Deceptive Selling Practices!!! The price on a Jacket showed 19.95 went up to the cashier and was told that this is an European price. There was no other price on the tag. How can they sell something in Canada advertising an European price without a price in Canadian Dollar? On top of this the rudest manager came over to speak to me and said that they forgot to put the Canadian price on the tag. Well, do what is right and honour the price in Canadian! Except she said her system doesn't allow her to make any changes to the price. That is BS!!! I will never ever buy anything from Zara again and will be telling all my friends not to shop at this horrible store.
