All associates seem to stand around together and just chat while ignoring customers.. this includes management. Terrible service. I have also overheard conversations with customers that have been extremely patronizing while managers are just watching and not intervening on their staffs behaviour.. unacceptable.

Lack of management and arrogant staffs. I paid the full deposit to order two blouses in this store, one of the sales associate told me will takes up to a week to arrive the store. So I called on the following week to see the items arrival status but the store manager intead told me it takes 7-10 business days to get the items arrive here since she cannot do anything other than wait! Look,If let the customer wait 7-10 business days why push me to pay the full deposit upfront and told me only takes a week? And the associate help me did the payment at first place not only tell me the wrong info regard shipping time but also shifting all the responsibility n onus instead of let me call customer service before make a purchase in store to check the expected delivery date! Bloody hell! If I could call the customer service why the store need you for? Suggestion to manager: re-do the training with your team, and keeping arrogant, we will see.

Small store with a good selection. Every time I shop there, associates are friendly and helpful.

One of the worst stores in Upper Canada Mall when it comes to customer service. Consistently had bad encounters on multiple occasions to the point where I avoid the store now. Great product but not worth dealing with the staff.

Ask for an employee named Daria, she is the best! she took the time to get a brand new tna jacket from the back and inspected it for flaws, found some minor imperfections and grabbed a new one from the back.... Amazing customer service!
