Coppa's Fresh Market

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Excellent customer service! By far one of the best out there. Staff there are very respectful and more than willing to help, fast and reasonable time at the checkout. Very clean store, very sanitized, well maintained each and everyday! Shout-out to all the staffs working there and management! Great job and keep up the great work!

Great place to food shop! It's very very clean and the pizza made by the "pizza doctor" is amazing. Prices are just right. Tell them Sebastian sent you.

That's a clean grocery store with a good selection of all the products. Coppa's belongs to an expensive category, they don't price match, but you can still find good deals for all the stuff you need to buy. Unfortunately I had 1 situation when a cashier double counted the same product and at least 2 cases when the price at the cashier was higher than in a store flier and on the shelf label, so pay attention. Update Dec 2017: decided to check another receipt at home and found double counted items again. And again some products get more expensive than price labels on the shelves. Shame! Decreasing my rating from 4 to 1 star. Update Jan 8th 2018: My wife bought in-store sushi. When she came back home and started eating, she felt something hard in her mouth. She took it out and saw a piece of human nail (see the photos attached). The same day I was speaking with a manager and he told me that the sushi are made by a different company and we was not even aware what is that company name. I sent an email to the head office and will update this post once I hear anything back from them.

Very disappointed during a previous visit (about 2 months ago). Went during peak dinner time on a Friday night to pick up "take-out" from their hot tables, "Nonna Francesca's" and the whole area was completely empty. It was as if they forgot to prepare food that evening. The majority of food trays were clean which looked to me like nothing had been prepared at all. It was the poorest selection of prepared food I have ever seen. And, there was only 1 staff member available in the entire section! Something was "off" that day. This is my favourite grocery store in York Region and I drive a considerable distance to shop here. This visit did not live up to the quality and standards I have come to expect from Coppa's.

So clean and organized. Pristine fruits and vegetables. Fantastic Bakery items and Fresh Food section.
