Shoppers Drug Mart

Pains me to write a 1 star review because the staff at this location are wonderful. My issue is with the parking - there's maybe 40 parking spots or more in the parking lot, yet everytime I go there, every single spot is taken and I'm circling around with 3 - 4 other cars waiting to get a spot.. on a Tuesday at 11am, that's crazy. When I go inside, there's literally 2 people shopping and the store is dead. I asked about the parking and the staff explained that it's from so many people parking there and using the businesses nearby - not even going in Shoppers. It's deterring actually paying customers from going into the store. Please hire a security to monitor the parking lot or tow people who are not going into the store. There are cars there that are completely covered in snow and plowed around, yet it hasn't snowed in days. The staff are trying to control it but they can't monitor it all day/night. It also shouldn't be their job to run outside in February to try to direct traffic and move people so unsafe for them!. One attendant was telling me that the staff don't even have anywhere to park and it causes them to clock in late for their shifts. That's absolutely ridiculous.nnHappy to update my review once the problem is under control.

It's a shoppers. What more can I say?nnIt's like going to Costco. You go there for none thing that cost $10 and leave spending $100. Like Costco, but on a lower scale.nnLove that they have everything you need if you are in a pinch and only want to do one stop.

I got my flu shot today afternoon , the pharmacist was very unprofessional and I had experience which never happened to me before when I got flu shot.nIt is very painful and my arm is swelling !nHer attitude was wired too !nNever come back even for buying cosmetic !

I went to the pharmacy Saturday November 2nd, 2024 around 8:30. There was a professional and kind woman at the counter. She was super helpful, informative, and made me feel comfortable. She was great, hope she sees this.
