Shoppers Drug Mart

Well I find my Shoppers Drugmart excellent.. if you can't find someone at the cash desk right away...just look around they're stocking shelves and are obliging & friendly..smile because they're always helpful! Merry Christmas

The pharmacist was rude. Gave attitude when I disclosed that I booked a vaccination, and questioned me as to why I was wearing an n95 mask while she was also wearing one.nnTerrible customer service.nnIf you don't want to do your job, don't work. Or better yet if you don't want to do vaccinations, don't let people book them online.nnFrustrating experience. I recommend you get your Pharmacist trained in how to interact, or at least learn how to mask her attitude better.

The pharmacist was VERY rude! I disclosed that my child was suffering with an bad ear infection and asked for where I could find ear drops. With no empathy or kindness she told me I would need a prescription. I asked about polysporin ear drops and again with a rude face a voice she told me she didn't have them they were on back order. You would think if you are in customer service for medicine you would care about people. It was super yuck!

Mustafa was very kind friendly and helpful with getting all my immunization up-to-date before we go to our Asia trip. Leslie is also very knowledgable and sweet. Love coming here
