Went in 2 days ago and tried on an outfit I LOVED and decided not to buy it stupid!! I came back in today searching and I could not find the items!! This lovely employee red sweater, glasses, brown hair helped me out! I told her the situation and she immediately jumped in to help me. She found my items in minutes. I was so happy! She went out of her way to help me and now I have the outfit I wanted! She was so kind, great customer service! Loved my experience at Plato’s today .
customer service is horrible. I was completely ignored upon arrival until i scanned the QR code. when a male customer came into the store, he was greeted properly and with respect. I called ahead to make sure i had what they were taking most of i did but them they chose to take 2 pairs of levi shorts and a tank top for 12 bucks. they are in great condition and worth much more than that. the employees were also more focused on talking than doing their job. never going back there.
The staff at this location are lovely. The clothes are always so organized! I’ve noticed a decline in service lately due to understaffing while the store is very busy. The girls are doing the best they can, but more staff need to be hired.
Go to place to thrift, mainly for more modern style and trendy fashion. Can also sell your old clothes here.nnThe rough math is they price clothes around 30-50% of retail price for most items and then they’ll buy it from customers for around 30-40% of the price they would sell it at. And of course the condition of the item is a key variable. So in the end, if an item you want to sell costs $100 at a normal retail store, maybe you’ll get around $10. Maybe up to $20 if it’s in demand
Many employees there and did 6 bins for me since they said it's been dead all day. Normally it's only two.nI brought new clothes, never worn, brand name purses, barely used.nAnd a ton of shoes, of all types. Mainly high heels. Some never worn, most in amazing shape and a few were older.nThey took two clothing out of everything.nIf they were upset about doing so many bins they should have said that.nI went to another Plato's closet and they took basically everything, leaving just the older shoes and a few clothes.nThey took all 6 bins and I got a lot of money for them.nThis Plato's use to be good and take clothes but recently they aren't the best if you're looking for fast cash.nI don't think they should schedule all the girls together like that if they aren't going to do their job properly.nVery disappointed with this location and will not be going back.
