Zara

This is what it looks like when a clothing outlet just gives up. They clearly stopped trying. Nobody cares about anything here. Is there even a manager? Heaps of random clothes stacked high atop tables as people rummage through looking for deals - bumping past each other in some sort of crazy urgent scramble. People were literally trying stuff on WHILE IN LINE.. I spent literally a half hour in line trying to buy a pair of jeans because there were only two cashiers, and they were inundated with people taking advantage of their lax return policy. I like Zara's menswear, but this location is an absolute disaster and should be closed down. For the love of all things decent, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

What a mess! This place is disgusting! I visited Zara at Metrotown location tonight at 6 pm (January 27,2018). Clothes were everywhere on the floor, and shelves were extremely overstocked. This branch is damaging brand's reputation. It took me less than a minute to make my decision to leave the store. Where is the management?

This Zara store located inside Metrotown mall is easily the worst branch in the area. The store is small and has a really bad layout making it very crowded, more than it should be. The checkout stands are located in the middle of the store which results in a long line that blocks a large area of the store. The number of fitting rooms are also scarce resulting in a long wait to try anything on. On my most recent visit to this location, the store was a huge mess with clothes thrown everywhere including the floor and there were also no staff working on the floor at all to straighten anything or to provide any assistance to customers. You would be better off skipping this location and visiting either the Richmond or Downtown store instead...

Meg.. If they have what you want they're ok. Not a very broad sélection of items. Didn't have anything that I'd buy but yet had the perfect suit coat for my tall sender Asian friend.
