Can't express how helpful Soo Lee was. I went in for a standard suit fitting and she took extra care to make sure my suits and pants were perfect. Her suggestions and assistance were very well informed and fair. Did not try to sell me something I didn't want which made me feel valued and not like a quota amount. The other gentleman, I believe his name was Travis, had helped with a few small discussion points to ensure I was getting the fit I wanted in my pants. Overall, great team, great products. 110% satisfied. Looking forward to my next visit.

Drake did an excellent job measuring me up and taking the time to listen to how I wanted everything to look and fit. My body type doesn’t fit into many off-the-shelf clothes, but Drake made sure everything was carefully dialed in to my liking. Great, professional attitude with an awesome sense of humour to complete the experience!

My experience at the Metro-town location was awesome. The stylists operate as friends first and give you the best possible experience. Peter was awesome to work with and I'd totally recommend him to anyone who walks in the door. Can't wait to see my custom when it comes in the mail!

Had a great experience at Indochino Burnaby. Website was very easy to navigate to book an appointment online. Walked in and was approached by a specialist (Dean) right away. Dean did a fantastic job, he gave me his professional advice when asked but was very enthusiastic and kind as i navigated all the great custamizations available. Spent almost two hours with Dean and he walked me through everything. Dean you killed it buddy, thank you for all your help and advice man. So excited to see the final product. Ill be back. Cheers.

Shout out to Drake for his professionalism and great customer service. This was my first time buying a custom fitted suit and Drake was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Would recommend for a suit of any occasion. Cheers!
