Genuinely the worst customer service. One kid was sitting on the counter on his phone, the rest were talking amongst themselves. My girlfriend had to insert herself into their conversation in order for some assistance.

Staffs pretended I didn't exist, the one guy in the skateboard section of the store left and went to scan a touque like 50 times over at the main register. The lady was not very knowledgeable with skateboards in general, but she tried to help me.
