Gymboree

Today I went to metrotown with my daughter around 5pm.. saw that gymboree was having this everything $16.99 sale... so I went in... it wasn't busy at all... at least 2 staffs were working... but they were just chatting at the cash registry...I was there for a few minutes looking around...and wasn't 100% sure what the sale was about... so I went to ask one of the ladies... and this lady wasn't very friendly... no smile and didn't seem like she wanted to explain or to help...i got a few items for my daughter... same lady helped me at the cash registry... still no smile...she asked if I had membership.. i said no... and she didn't ask if I wanted one... so I asked if i could get one..and she passed me a piece of paper to write down my information.. finally she said thank you and ..of course.. without a smile. Maybe she shouldn't work at a kids clothing store if she doesn't know how to smile

Great customer service at this location. Clerks were patience and always avail to help. Tight store space that sometime makes maneuvering around with a stroller a bit challenging. I usually wait for a sale as items can be over priced.

Have nice selection for kids clothing with reasonable price.
