Very confusing merchandising and an unpleasant interaction with the manager. The rack was clearly marked 40% off, yet I was told it was actually a “last chance” rack at regular price which was confusing and poorly communicated.nnI still paid full price, but the issue was how the manager made me feel dumb as if I couldn't read
If it was possible I would give 0 stars on the review.nI understand the store closes at 8 pm.nI was on the fitting room finishing trying a dress that I was going to buy when the security got in and said they were closed at 7:55 pm.nI told him I was just putting my clothes on. Less than a minute later again, he said, we are closed, you need to leave ma'am.nI replied while putting my bra on, what do you want me to do? Should I leave naked?nWhen I finished putting my shirt on, Another person was at the stall asking me to leave. I look at the clock, I was out of the store at 8:01 pm.nI completely understand that they close at 8 pm and I was trying to leave, however I have never felt so uncomfortable and I felt harassed by multiple people that work at this store.
The brunette girl with curly hair in the fitting room assisted me exceptionally well this Wednesday and advised me in choosing a gift that turned out to be a complete success. What a great professional and how creative she is — without her, I wouldn’t have achieved anything! Thank you so much for your patience, if you ever happen to read this one day.
Situated At a very good location. Opposite to Sephora. Pretty good space for girls I guess. Almost all new styles available with plenty of options available- men, women, kids. Parking could be a issue to be planned before coming.
Not even one star is worthy for this store two thumbs down . I purchased a coat on December 23rd 2025 and was told at the cash that if it goes on Sale i can refund it and repurchase the item at the sale price . It’s over $100.00 less now for the item i bought . It also said that on their website the sales girl at the cash said that that’s AI not their website . It IS actually Zara’s website ! Says there right on their website “ Zara’s Website “ that if its in the appropriate time frame well today is December 26th 2025 i purchased the item 3 DAYS AGO on December 23rd 2025 that they will do that refund then resell at the discounted price . NOPE Zara didn’t do it . The girl at the cash called over the store manager that was working today . She was a mean looking battle ax of a woman not friendly and rude & not even a smile or courtesy . Just horrible customer service . Every store on boxing day even high end stores with better merchandise offer this to customers i can name quite a few . No more price adjustments at Zara even within two or three days of purchase at boxing day .nnHorrible customer service and misleading customers because when i bought the item i was told i can do this no problem and Zara’s own website it says that too . Won’t give my business here anymore & I have bought lots of things over the years . Zara has gone downhill in my view with atrocious customer service and awful management .nnAlso “ where “ and “ why “is the response from higher ups in this awful company not contacting and responding to these one star awful experience reviews to make things better for the customer’s bad experiences ? That speaks volume’s on the type of company Zara is right there . Most businesses try to rectify things for the good of the customer and the company !? Never wanting customers leaving with a bad negative feeling but always trying to be better . NO not Zara they have gone downhill . Zara don’t complain that customer’s are rude to you when you and your staff treat us with complete disrespect . Match up to your word and stop misleading us .
