Customer service used to matter here. Came into an empty store to find 2 employees more interested in putting inventory on the shelves than assisting me. No “hello”, no “ what can I help you with”. Even after helping me find something to try on, when I came out of the fitting room, they were back to their inventory work and did not come over to see how things were going. Times have changed. I won’t be back.
I am a a big fan of Zara, and have been a long time client. Mainly shop online due to my busy schedule. I went to this store and bought few items, scanned my zara app, and only at home I noticed besouse you can see the pictures of your purchase in the app that I was charged for the item that I didn't buy. I called the customer service and they issued a case number for me and asked to provide with a copy of my receite. After one week, still no reply, I called the customer service to follow up, and still no reply. Finally, I received an email stating that since there is no desprepancy in their stock, they wound not process a refund. So basically they said that i was lying. Very dissaponting shopping and customer service experience.nnMy advice to the shoppers at this location, check your receite in front on the cashier!

Had a great experience when the staff allowed me to enter 5min before closing to quickly purchase an item I knew I wanted beforehand!
I made return on Jan 27 at Rabson location. After a month I noticed that my money wasn't return back in to my account.nI went back there in my day off on Saturday and talked to store manager Gary soo, but he kept telling me there's no recoerd of return and when my sister came to help me with the translation he was so rude to her and said she's not the customer and he's not gonna talk to hernHe told me earlier we don't have any record of your return even though I already showed him the return copy that was given to me by the cashier who made the return and he informed me that he can't help me just go call the number on top of your recipt and solveyour problem by yourself!nnI was very angry as I already spent an hour of my on the phone with my bank and had to wait till my day-off so could go back in personnAnd now he was asking me that I should call and fix their mistake and on top of that he said oh well they are closed and you should call them during the weekdays as they're closed now, however, sister didn't listen to him and called the number and on the automatedsystem she got the customerservice number where Gary fail to provide that number in the first placenFinally he gave us the customer service number as it was hard for us to hear the number over the phone.nMy sister contacted the customer service and the agent provided the steps on how to go on the chat and send a copy of my reutrn receipt.nI strongly want to also make a complaint about the store manager Gary, he should step down and train from beging becausen1He has lack of professionalism on how to talk to customers and was very rude.n2 He lied to customer about customer service number and working hoursn3 He failed to do his return audit and didn't check his daily paperwork on Jan 27th to catch that mistake.n4 He didn't train his associates properly about how to returnn5He didn't try anything to help and make it rightnnWhy did we have to go through the whole trouble and be treated so disrespectfully in front of other customers and associates he also was a bad role model for his staff that it's okay to handle the situation like that.
