Very confusing merchandising and an unpleasant interaction with the manager. The rack was clearly marked 40% off, yet I was told it was actually a “last chance” rack at regular price which was confusing and poorly communicated.nnI still paid full price, but the issue was how the manager made me feel dumb as if I couldn't read
Very disappointing!! I purchased a top and, when I got home, noticed a small round hole near the neckline while removing the price tag. The top was never worn.nnWhen I returned to the store on Robson a couple of days later to request an exchange, I was told they would not allow a return or exchange because the tag had been removed, even though I still had the tag and receipt. I paid full price for a defective top and was disappointed that no effort was made to resolve the issue.nnAs a longtime Zara customer, I expected much better customer service.
If it was possible I would give 0 stars on the review.nI understand the store closes at 8 pm.nI was on the fitting room finishing trying a dress that I was going to buy when the security got in and said they were closed at 7:55 pm.nI told him I was just putting my clothes on. Less than a minute later again, he said, we are closed, you need to leave ma'am.nI replied while putting my bra on, what do you want me to do? Should I leave naked?nWhen I finished putting my shirt on, Another person was at the stall asking me to leave. I look at the clock, I was out of the store at 8:01 pm.nI completely understand that they close at 8 pm and I was trying to leave, however I have never felt so uncomfortable and I felt harassed by multiple people that work at this store.
The workers are fine but the customers?! Oh my gosh every time I shop there there’s always some rude, standoffish thinks they are better than anyone else women who don’t know how to act pleasant in public. Total mean girl mentality. Ladies smarten up! It’s not high school
Extremely disappointing experience. I came to try on clothes with my friend. I was inside the fitting room, while my friend was standing outside, not blocking the way and not disturbing anyone.nnA store employee curly, light-brown hair rudely and aggressively forced my friend to leave the fitting room area, using a very disrespectful and condescending tone. There was no polite explanation of the rules — just pure rudeness.nnI fully understand store policies. What is unacceptable is the way your staff communicates with customers. This kind of behavior does not align with a brand that presents itself as professional or customer-focused.nnBecause of this experience, I have no intention of returning to this store or recommending it to anyone. Very poor customer service.
