Sad to leave this review but feel the need to in order to protect others as lululemon does not care about their customers. I am a loyal customer who has spent thousands at their stores and it means nothing to them. I bought my wife a $100 gift card for her birthday and it was hacked and used by someone else. They can look up the card and see it wasn’t used by me or my wife and an order was sent to a different address. I have gone back and forth multiple times and they will not do anything to reimburse me. They said since I purchased the “lululemon gift card” at a grocery store they aren’t responsible. Absolutely awful customer service and they do not care about their customers. This will catch up to them. After much research this is a common issue that happens all the time and they are doing nothing to stop it. They don’t care. Let people steal from your best customers and do nothing to fix the problem. Great business model.
I agree with that other comments say Lululemon need to choice another shipping company.nnGobolt is so BAD to deal with our online orders. We already missing parcels TWO TIMES by Gobolt in half a year in Richmond.nnGobolt lied that parcel was delivered, and they even couldn’t provide any information to us how they delivered and they were not able to show us shipping records.nnLululemon’s customer service is good and we did get refund as they make sure the packages were gone.nnBut you should have higher standard of choosing shipping companies, it’s really a bad online shopping experience. Very disappointed.
I really need Lululemon to use another shipping company.nnTForce has been an absolute nightmare to deal with for the last year with my online orders. The customer service reps at Lululemon have been amazing in getting me refunds or helping me when TForce steals my packages, lies about products being delivered, or straight up ghosts/hangs up on me on their customer service platforms.nPlease choose another more reputable shipping company like Canada Post or UPS.nnHold your-selves, your products and the full scope of the shopping experience with your company to a higher standard.
I’ve experienced late deliveries on more than one occasion with my online orders. I hade one order that was over two weeks late, before I had to call and they finally just cancelled and refunded my order.
Ordered online and my order was cancelled. Supposedly they “ran out” of the clothing I ordered after I paid and checked out. This is not the first time this has happened. Extremely disappointing that a company advertises colors/sizes that aren’t actually available. Now I can’t find my size ever both in store or ordered online. Might have to find another brand.
