Nice store, only thing is that they are always sold out of items. Staff are friendly. Not sure how often they are restocked, if you are looking for something specific may be best to call in to see if it’s in stock.
The store has a good atmosphere and vibe, and the employees were friendly and fun, especially Paloma…she’s the best I was able to get everything I came for, and only waited 15min to go in since it was a restock day!
I bought a sweatshirt as a gift for my boyfriend, I got the gift receipt to be able to change size in case it didn't go well. The clerk who helped me when I made the purchase was very courteous. I came back and the clerk, a different one from last time, very rude, unwillingly, told me he couldn't try a different size. I will definitely be back to try to change size, because I believe it is a buyer's right to be able to do so and it was confirmed to me at the time of purchase.
Went here recently and was amazed by the staff. They were so helpful and guided me throughout my whole shopping process. A quick shout out to Paloma. Her professionalism and charismatic personality made it such a fun experience, getting to stop by the store. There was also another man I believe his name might’ve been Austin…? They were all super helpful and have given me another reason to return to this store!
Worst shopping experience, one of the employees was very impatient and rude. I was just asking him to change the color for me for one time, and he just rolled his eyes and showed impatient facial expressions. What the hell? Boy, You are paid to service the customers, who the hell you think you are? We are customers and we don’t owe you guys anything, please show due respect and mind your attitude!
