Always been treated well here, despite what others have said. Staff are super helpful and keen to find the right size. The store has had an upgrade and renovation, it’s now light and airy, the till has been moved to the back of the store which created more room for a centre island and a long rail for shirts, crewnecks and hoodies. You may have to queue, especially at weekends, but that means there’s room inside to check everything out. Chapter tees and crewnecks are popular so they occasionally run out of sizes, but they restock pretty quickly.
Odd to close the store or cut the line 15 minutes before closing. There were still a lot of customers inside and plenty of products available.nnI just wanted one shirt, at least explain to the customers why you’re kicking us out. And no we weren’t rude, we were literally just walking in.
It seems only asian workers work hard here. I was standing for a while to ask for different size products, but all asian workers are busy to serve other customers at that time while rest of the staffs are just hang out to each other. They take the customer as ghost, and literally have 0 level customer service. After 10m awkward waiting time, one of asian staff who became available assist to me again.
Not only is the store super stylish and well curated with all the latest drops, but the real highlight is the staff. The employees here are so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel welcome the moment I walked in and took the time to chat, offer recommendations, and make sure I found what I was looking for and more!. It’s rare to find a streetwear shop with such a positive, chill vibe. The customer service here goes above and beyond, you can really tell they love what they do and care about the people who walk through the door. Can’t wait to stop by again. Shoutout to the team for making the shopping experience so awesome!
Pls plan ahead to queue up , especially during the weekend , as you will need at least 30 min waiting time, unless you are well planned to arrive a bit before shop open. Overall services are good , anyway suggest to visit their website to see your prefer products in advance,
