Just don't buy items. They do not guarantee to look into the quality after 1 year of purchasing the product. This purse was mainly in my closet and started pealing off. Came to the store for them to bring to quality control and was told that they do not do that if item pass the one year mark - New policy. BUYER BEWARE!
Bad quality, not worth the cost.nnShorts literally falling apart at the seams, and they refuse to do anything about it. When I bought these the quality promise was more than a year, and they just changed it “recently” to only one year.nnSo basically what they’re saying is they don’t expect their clothes to last more than one year… horrible quality. My clothes from Joe Fresh last longer than that and are half the price. This makes me never want to buy Lululemon products again.
Shout out to Kora Cora? for her help today - she had useful brand specific knowledge, and was very helpful. She was confident, kind, and clear, and helped me resolve my sizing issue quickly. Worth coming into the store!
First time ordering online from Lululemon. Arrived open, cut through, and coated in a dirt/dust with hairs looked used?. When paying $100+ for a single jacket, I’d hope for something a bit better quality. Won’t be ordering again!
Long time customer and I am very disappointed in how bad their products are now. Used to be a staple of quality athleteisure wear. The first responder discount used to be 25% then they lowered it to 15% and it was not bad when it could be stacked on the sale item but now they have stopped that as well. Such a shame. Their products also begging to some how disintegrate within a year and they don’t honor anything.nNever going here again. I will just keep sewing whatever original lululemon products I own back to use.
