Excellent service here. Staff always ready to give a helping hand to answer questions and make suggestions. Most staff I’ve interacted with know to give you information that you should know but may not know to ask the right questions. People from extreme outdoorsmen to the casual hiker to those that just love the high quality Patagonia gear shop here. People of all ages shop here. Prices are $$$ but the quality is excellent and they stand behind their products. Never an issue if something goes wrong. This company is environmentally friendly and cares about the planet. Also a plus.
What an amazing experience! I was so bummed when i noticed a tear on my patagonia rain jacket purchased 1 yr ago . The associate at the store was very friendly and helped me choose a new replacement jacket for no additional cost. These are the kind of moments that make customers life long customers of their brands! Kudos!
Came in to have a pair of my shorts repaired. A service attendant came up to me within 30 seconds of me walking in and got to work taking in my repair order. He was friendly and seemed to be extremely knowledgeable about both the various product lines as well as the repair timeline for my shorts. Would definitely recommend buying from these guys as the lifetime warranty is simply unmatched. Employee was named Oli if anyone sees him in the store don’t hesitate to approach him.
This store is great if you haven’t been! One of two corporate Patagonia stores in Canada! Huge selection of mens and women’s high quality outdoor gear! The staff are super friendly and helpful! They know the products and do what they can to help you out! If they don’t have your size and choice of colour in store they will assist you to order online. The quality is fabulous and long lasting. If they is any defects with your item it has a life time warranty, drop it off in store and within 6-8 weeks you’ll have it back with the needed repairs! Zippers stitches etc. don’t be afraid of the cost, the quality remains after the price is forgotten!
Aeron was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly in helping me select my ski jacket. He gave me a detailed overview of the technology in the jackets, walked me through several product lines, and made me very comfortable with my purchase. Highly recommend.
