I normally shop online but instead I decided to shop in store at Patagonia shortly before Christmas. I had an excellent experience, thanks to Joe. I have been look in for a particular jacket for a while, but haven’t had much luck finding the right one. Joe went out of his way to help and made sure I found exactly the right one for my needs without ever feeling rushed. He genuinely cared about helping, which made the whole experience stress-free during a busy time of year. Huge thanks to him for making my visit such a great one! Will be shopping in store a lot more in future. The jacket itself is of great quality too!
Great experience at the Patagonia Vancouver store. We’re visiting from San Francisco and needed help finding a jacket that would actually keep us warm in Ottawa. Wyatt was fantastic — he took the time to walk us through different options, explained the differences, and helped us find the right fit and size without any pressure. Super knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. Really appreciated the service and would absolutely shop here again.
18/09/25 @ 12:55. I initially called for clarification on a repair, I got so much more, a truly wondrous customer care experience. Not only was the original call taker professional, knowledgable and helpful; from the moment I walked in the store, everyone was so polite, positive and, unbelievably helpful. From the repairing greeter at the front entrance, where someone was oiling their bike chain, which was awesome. To my referal to the representative that helped me through the repair/warranty process. This was truly a throw back to classical, customer service and, it was remarkable to experience. I was educated on the Patagonia guarantee, the online process, which negates domestic shipping fees, if you want another color unavailable in store. Employee #90653 was a rockstar. Everyone, was so friendly, positive, professional and, helpful; I didn't want to leave the store. My hat goes off to the management, team, brand and, Patagonia's outstanding faith in their products. I will be a patron at this store regularly going forward. Thank you. Outstanding!
I stopped into Patagonia’s Vancouver store on West 4th Avenue on a crisp weekend afternoon when I was thinking about updating my outdoor gear for fall. From the moment I walked in I could tell this place wasn’t just another clothing shop. The setup felt calm and spacious and the staff didn’t rush me at all while I browsed jackets, fleeces, and technical layers that are known for their quality and long life. Patagonia is a brand that focuses on durability and outdoor performance, and you can really feel that in the materials and fit of the gear they carry.
Wow , wow what a Exceptional Customer Service I received today.I have Patagonia rain jacket , that needs a repair. As instructed by main office , the jacket had to be sent to this Vancouver location.nThe phone call and email was received in only 2 days.nThe store manager Zac Elik handle this issue in Profesional manner.nThe jacket I had is replaced by new the new one .nThis tell you how Patagonia Company is Reliable and they stand behind their products..nThank you Zak Elik and your store for looking after me .nI will tell everyone I know about you and your service.nGrateful customer.nLjiljana Tesevic Kujundzic
