Leaving 5 stars even though I was in and out in a short period of time because I was assisted by a very kind and helpful Josh who knew a lot about the product. I got Lululemon’s belt bags here in black and red. The customer service is really nice! Love this location and would come back if I came back to Vancouver. It’s also cheaper than USD. I got a belt bag for 52 CAD, but it’s actually 37 USD.
I purchased a gift card over the holidays, and made the unfortunate mistake of running it through the laundry. As I realized my mistake and expected to find a plastic gift card in my laundry, I was disappointed to find that the gift card was made of paper and had been completely destroyed. I attended the Robson location with the receipt that had also gone through the wash, expecting nothing could be done. Camila and store manager Evan patiently took the time to piece the damaged receipt back together until they were able to find a transaction number, which then allowed me to obtain a replacement gift card. This is the kind of superb customer service that keeps loyal customers coming back.
the atmosphere and vibes at this lulu are superior to all the other locations, honestly. the staff are clearly all friends and it makes the environment feel so welcoming and fun even just as a guest! extra thanks to Ruchir and Morgan for helping me out on my first purchase of leggings!
