Yummy Bao

This is a new Chinese steamed meat bun place inside Parker place food court and has quickly become my favourite. I tried the pork bun and it was amazing! At $7.99 for 5 big pieces, this is a steal. The bun is super soft like a pillow, and the inside is filled with juice and a huge meat filling. The glass storefront is clean and you can see the staff making the buns right in front of you. The staff were very friendly and welcoming as well. Come get it before it gets too popular!

Nice pork bao! It was juicy and tender, nice flavor but might be a bit too salty for people who doesn't like heavy flavors. The only thing I would recommend is that serve your customers who's lining up first before waiting for packaging. I understand that there's some orders in front of me but you might need to rearrange the time to get efficient. There was one cashier who's busy serving the food and taking orders, and two other people making the baos. Might need more people in your crew to prevent long time waiting.
