Food is absolutely amazing! Haven’t had Chinese food this good for a while. The crispy eggplant is a MUST GET. It honestly is the best eggplant I’ve ever tasted in my life. You can’t miss the beef stir fried noodle either. Overall the quality and taste of everything was outstanding. Also the atmosphere is nice with pretty decorations and the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Highly recommend to everyone!! Must go if ur in Richmond

Highly recommend the rice wine dessert which came complimentary, and the pork and shrimp dumplings that gave me the taste of home. You can taste the freshness and and bouncy skin is so good - honestly this is the best dumpling I have had outside of China. The service is really good and they care about your feedback a lot which is so important. The spicy chicken is good, untraditional, but not the best I have had best would be Z&Y in San Francisco. I wish the chicken is more consistently sized and more juicy. It’s a tad dry for me. The eggplant dish tastes pretty good. My bf loved it. But if you do not have a sweet tooth, this may become a little too sweet after a few bites. Overall recommended and will come back again for dumpling and try the specialty lamb pot.

This is a one year new Szechuan Spicy Restaurant in Richmond. All the foods are great. The service is good. Lovely waitress. Comfortable booths and foods settings. Double pepper fish is recommended. It tastes very comfortable. The pepper and sesame taste is simply amazing. Stir-fried liver with double pepper is really a favorite and hated ingredient. The tip of the liver is tender and smooth, and the pig liver has a high iron content. It is one of the most ideal blood tonic

This is by far one of the best Chinese restaurants in Richmond, period. The new owner took over from the previous restaurant and did a complete renovation and rebrand. The staff is super friendly, the dishes taste so good!! Most importantly, the price is really affordable. I highly recommend this place if you live in Richmond. It’s a must try!

A new experience of Szechuan food. We enjoyed the spicy food, the atmosphere, and the service. The live fish with pickled vegetables is my favorite dish. Can’t wait to try more. Seatings are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

They are really nice waiters and really nice service! Really nice Sichuan food, it’s very authentic. I would come again! ! ! There food is also not too expensive and have big portions but I recommend if you have low budget they maybe buy less but they do have lots good stuff!

Everything we ordered was delicious - big portions and incredibly flavourful. The best was the crispy, caramelized eggplant. I normally don’t like Sichuan peppercorns but you can ask for mild. The restaurant was clean, and the booths comfortable. Service was very fast. They prefer cash payment.

Horrendous for parking, literally mission impossible to find a spot. Best bet is to park on the street and remember to pay. First time here tonight. A corny and old fashioned interior, really not a fan of it. Seating is limited and crammed, service is good but food come slow. Seems very popular, so best to make a reservation. My fav dish is the nine side dishes platter, it’s so good! Overall, it’s a bit pricey, but food is definitely authentic. Flavour wise, it’s a bit too strong/spicy for me. If you are into Sichuan cuisine, this is certainly a restaurant not to miss.

Love this restaurant! We come here every time we are in Canada. Even when I am at home I crave their food. Especially their lamb pot is the best! Everyone should try this place. Kid-friendliness: The owner of the restaurant is very considerate when you have kids. They try to seat you as soon as possible and get your food to you so the kids can eat. She is super friendly and welcoming.

My friends and I absolutely love this place! At times we would dine here once a week! Food is always spicy and amazing and unlike many other chinese restaurants, the service here is so friendly, helpful and courteous staff
