The teacher has like 20 years experience and it really shows. It's a mix between profoundly spiritual and light and humorous. The intimate space is warm and inviting. Really healing place to be!
Stopped in here for a quick peek last weekend - yikes! The place was a complete mess and the harassed receptionist why? nothing was happening didn't even acknowledge me although a stood there for a couple of minutes. Ugh.
Exactly what a pure yoga studio is. About the yoga, about the people. Love this place!
Great place for yoga and meditation. Their yin yoga with Kayla are spot on.
