Excellent space. Very inviting and has a great community feel. The yoga classes are amazing and so are the spa services. I’ve gotten massages, facials and pedicures!
Any therapist of any kind can try to fix what they see is broken. It takes a better one to help with what they can't see is broken. Helping with the body is great. Helping with the mind is so much better. I cannot thank this house for helping with both.
The Yoga teachers here are amazing! They work with all skill levels and create a safe space for anyone to practice Yoga. As for the spa portion I have followed Jaime from her previous location and am so happy she is finally in the city! The location is fabulous. I cannot wait to try our more services!
Had a wonderful first class this morning at aurora. Relaxing and flawless way to start the day. The instructions during class were descriptive and useful so it was easy to follow along without diverting focus from my practice.
Excellent yoga classes and nice comfortable environment. Great spa services.
Really good Yin and Jennifer is an excellent choice for a amazing deep tissue massage.
Got worked over but defiantly helps in the long run. Would reccomend if you have back issues
