YMCA Sudbury

We were there for the first time today because we were passing through. We immediately felt welcome and well looked after. This center is truly a wonderful place for everyone. It's fun, and there's so much on offer. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Debbie. We hope we can come back again in the future.

Love this YMCA. The staff are caring and knowledgeable and my daughter recognizes them each time, and they always remember her. They're just so helpful. So many different options in programming. Childcare while you work out. Clean locker rooms, clean gym. Amazing YMCA! Also, the pool here compared to every other pool in Sudbury is gentler on our hair.

There’s one particular lady who works at the front desk who’s so rude! Can’t even believe how rude she is when she speaks! Middle aged, short, glasses, classic Karen bob. There’s a way to communicate with people that is WAY more appropriate than how she does it. Condescending for sure. Give her a training class on how to be polite while still enforcing rules!

Excellent prices for family passes and for activists all through the week for adults of all ages,families together and children of all ages to get exercise,social time and family time,have been a member for many years,much recommended!

Spacious, well equipped gym with access to indoor pools, sauna and the staff is friendly. They have reasonably priced day passes which are perfect if you're only in town briefly. A few negatives to mention though: weights area could do with more mirrors, showers are horrible with water spraying so hard on the skin it stings maybe on purpose so you don't shower long?, and the pool areanis often very crowded with families with young children so not really useable. I would recommend going earlier in the day if that's your intention.
