What an amazing gym!!! The coaches are awesome and the environment is great!!!  All levels of training for all ages. Really happy and glad I joined.

I was trilled to learn more about sport psychology, aerobic and anaerobic training.  Gord also helped me lose the last 5 lbs before the Sudbury Classic fitness competition in 2014.  Today I enjoy the women's only classes.
