Melbrook Martial Arts Academy

Melbrook is an excellent martial arts facility for the entire family. My wife, two kids and I have been attending classes for 6 months. The instruction is superior and I always feel like I have had a great workout after each class. The gym is very kid friendly. My children enjoy attending the kids classes which teach basic Muay Thai technique, confidence, focus and discipline through a variety of fun activities.

I started a year ago and I honestly can not believe how far I have come . I am in the best shape of my life! I have lost 65lbs and counting ! When I first started my asthma was terrible and I used my inhaler often.Today , I barely use it. I'm actually amazed with my cardio. I love this gym! Amazing people and awesome atmosphere. Best place to be .Classes are always interesting and it's always a good workout ! I can feel all stress just melt away when I first walk into the gym.

Melbrook is an amazing gym! The staff are all excellent, they are very supportive and encouraging and they made me feel welcomed from the very beginning. They offer a variety of classes from beginner to advanced. They offer child minding while you work out which is great for parents. Muay Thai is an awesome workout; I feel great after every class. Melbrook is the best place in town for Muay Thai classes!

I love that this gym has a family like atmosphere and it's a place where everyone in the family can have fun and train in the art of Muay Thai. The trainer makes all the kids classes fun where the kids don't realize they are doing some pretty tough exercises.

I've been at Melbrooke Martial Arts for more than a year now. I'm busy with 2 small kids, and don't enjoy working out on my own at a gym. I was looking for an intense full body workout in a group setting, that I could manage a few times a week. This is exactly what I found at Melbrooke. I look forward to going to class, and always feel great afterwards. The class schedule is accommodating, and child minding is available while I work out. Kru Scott and the other members are supportive and inspiring. I highly recommend Melbrooke Martial Arts!
