Great gym, super friendly staff, and feels like a family. The gym has comprehensive hours and all the equipment normal to a CrossFit gym. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone who wants to get in shape and have easy to follow structured programing.

Great experience! Unbelievably supportive staff and non-threatening concept to fitness at all levels. You feel at ease to ask questions and be supported by coaches on site. Let's not forget about the workouts, Crossfit is well known to have great workouts, and Crossfit Sudbury definitely delivers for everyone to achieve their goals! Crossfit Sudbury is so inclusive that you want to keep coming back. Great people! Great environment! Strongly Recommended!
