I got my eyebrows done by Elina, she’s very very sweet with me and tried her best to do my eyebrows. I love the results, and I’m excited for the final results after healing soon!! I totally recommend her for your eyebrows!
I'm a little disappointed that I was charged 130 for mani/pedi when the website mentioned $30-40 for a mani and $50-60 for a pedi. Both services were to have include exfoliation and hot paraffin wax treatment, which I did not receive during service . When I called to book the appointment I requested for the basic service when I was asked. Towards the end of my service she started to rush because she had another client that was coming to her. At the end when I gave them the gift card to pay she told me I had to give them 48 hour notice because they have to process it first, yet I used it the next day somewhere else no problem. I will not be going back there again. _____________________________________________________________ To your response: First of all your website states "*Includes exfoliation and Hot Paraffin Wax Treatment" if this is not part of your service, then you should update you website. Secondly, I had no polish, absolutely nothing on my nails the day of the visit. And has per the "Gel" during the pedicure service , nothing was applied nor was nothing mentioned. Clearly, you did over charge without an explanation because when called to book the appointment I had asked for the basic services.
I had first appointment for waxing and Jennifer did a great job. Jennifer makes you at ease and ensures that it is hygienic. Book another appointment to see her again.
Their manicure and pedicure services are next level. Olga is my go to person! She is super thorough and does a great job.
Olga was fabulous to me today. She did my fantastic Manicure and pedicure. She was extremely nice, gentle and focusing on tiny details. I was a little clumsy, but still she handled me patient fully and did my 2 nails polish again. I would definitely come back and would love to attain the services from Olga only.
My mom and I have been going to this spa consistently since October 2021. The space is beautiful, clean and welcoming. I have been seeing Phoebe who always does a great on my nails. I look forward to trying the many other spa services they offer!
Im highly disappointed that I was charged 220 for back facial when the website mentions $120. And when I spoke to them over the phone they said that it would $300 for 2 facials. The person that did my facial was amazing would recommend Nada. Maybe next time you guys can be upfront about the prices that you charge extra for your customers. Not just the treatment. And the front desk told me the price after the treatment was done not before. If I knew the price before hand I wouldn't have agreed and said not but no price was mention. So from paying 120 for the facial I paid 220, $100 extra which I was not told about. That's not professional at all. And maybe upgrade your website that you only do half back for the facial so people are not mislead by it, and mention all the hidden extra charges before the treatment not after. And FYI I only had 2 service done oxygeno and back facial there was no discount on any instead I paid more than what I was quoted on the phone. So for the future maybe mention on the website or on the phone that that price can change according to the treatment. This was my first and last time Going to this salon. Thank you

I visited for the first time and had a really enjoyable experience. I’ve been to other nail salons before, but since COVID I try and find places that are less focused on rushing customers in and out. Here I noticed how relaxed customers and workers were; no rush to grab just any colour or pressure on the esthetician. This was a super great feeling as I could actually relax and enjoy my manicure. Phoebe did my nails and took the time to make sure each nail was the perfect length and colours were applied with attention to detail. I will be returning to their salon again and I am already recommending them to friends!
I came here after finding out that there's a waxing salon near my house. I was very pleased with the convenience. When I walked in, everyone was nice and pleasant. The area was very clean. However, I was surprised by a few things when I started. First, there were the usual forms for client information that every client signs, but what I was confused about was the lack of details in the forms. There was no questionnaire about previous treatments, health restrictions/allergies, and other beauty treatment inquiries. Since I know my skin quite well and I wasn't too concerned about my skin, I decided not to bring it up. While I was signing the form, I heard someone with a loud voice complain about something. I wasn't too focused on it so I couldn't hear, but I thought it was a customer. To my surprise it was an employee; they continued to ramble as I was entering my treatment room. I was welcomed by the esthetician to the treatment room I apologize for forgetting their name, it might have been Jennifer. They were quite friendly. I laid down on the bed and got ready. When they were waxing my underarms, I was surprised at how they applied the wax on my entire underarm area. I've never had a treatment that way; in my experience, the technique used was often to apply more than one application due to the different hair growth directions of the underarms. When they took the wax off, it hurt so much more, and they did not place their hand on the waxed area to minimize pain as well. The same goes with the other arm. She grabbed my arm really tightly as well throughout the process. After the wax, she decided to massage my underarms which was a very pleasant surprise. I appreciated that very much. However, when I went to look at my waxed area, I saw a big area of blood clots on one of my underarms. I've always had a few tiny blood clots on the hair follicle area, but this was a much bigger blood clot that looked like I was punched. I showed it to my boyfriend and he was frightened at the sight. It disappeared after 3-4 days. I still tipped the same amount at the end because it was a service, but I'm not sure if this is where I'll frequent for my waxes. I appreciate the happy demeanor of the staff and how polite they were, but unfortunately, my skin does not seem to enjoy the salon very much.
