Went to this place for my birthday dinner with family.Food was amazing.Reminds us of the food when we were living in the middle east as expats.Taste is authentic. We ordered Chicken / Lamb Mandi family. It comes in a big plate.The chicken/lamb is on top of the rice and you sprinkle with a bit of lemon and put some fresh tomato hot sauce..Thats how you eat it..In the middle east you can eat with your bare hands instead of spoon and fork.nWe also tried the yemeni bread.Its also for the win.You dip it on a hummus..its a very great appetizer.nThey also gave us on the house lentil soup.Which is also amazing.nnIf you like rice /chicken/lamb and middle eastern food, I highly recommend this place in Orleans.Price is reasonable,place is clean,staff are friendly.Definitely a bang for a buck.Visit this resto when you're in Orleans.

We wanted to try something different, and this was our first time. So glad we did. Food was flavorful with generous portions. Definitely recommend!

An Absolute Hidden Gem in OrleansnnWe stumbled upon Yemen Gate by chance when the restaurant we originally planned to visit was closed and I’m so thankful we did. We just Googled nearby spots, and what a find this turned out to be.nnThe atmosphere at Yemen Gate is absolutely lovely - charming, sunny, calming, and peaceful. You feel like you can actually relax and enjoy your meal without any rush or noise.nnNow, the food: spectacular. Everything we ordered was fresh, light, and full of flavor. I had the Yemen-Mexican fusion burrito, which was so delicious - clean, filling, and perfectly seasoned. The salad on the side was crisp and tasty. My friend ordered the lamb, and it was fall-off-the-bone tender. Truly melt-in-your-mouth good.nnThis place is a total gem, and more people need to know about it. If you’re in Orleans, go try it. You won’t regret it.

It is our first time visiting this place, Service was fast, did not have to wait too long for the food. Very clean and cozy spot! The waiter was very friendly and most importantly the food was delicious! I highly recommend trying the lamb, it is out of this world!! Soo good ! We will come back in the future!

Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.nnThe atmosphere was warm and family-friendly, and the service was exceptional. The staff were kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
